The sales people(especially the women) seem to be petty. The designers are not all competent, and the company’s pricing is sketchy. That is to say, you better review your quotes and invoice otherwise, they will slip unnecessary charges that they can’t explain. You also have to double check the designer’s work as small but important things will be left out.

My husband and I work from home and have owned several Herman Miller Aeron office chairs. We were interested in looking at other HM office chairs and since it’s hard to find a complete selection to look and try out at the local retail stores, we decided to go to Workplace Resource(A Certified Herman Miller Dealer) in LoDo. Technically not a «show room» but more of a really-cool office complete with all things Herman Miller we assumed that we would be allowed to just wander around and sit in a few chairs so that we could decide what to buy at one of their distributers. Instead we were helped by one of their Account Executives named Eileen who spent over an hour showing us chairs as well as helping us decide what would be best for our work environment. We eventually started talking about dining chairs for which they also have a good selection. Eileen was not only über helpful but she was willing to spend as much time with us and never made us feel rushed. What made this visit even better was that we found out that we could purchase from her directly as well as from their local distributors. Overall our experience was definitely 5 stars and an A+ to boot!
