Been here a few times and haven’t had good customer service. We had a really great coupon so decided to go for it regardless of the fact that the guy treated my boyfriend like a moron for not knowing exactly which type of paint he wanted. Bad news is we had to go back for more paint and deal with them again. They were nicer, but still not friendly. Last straw, their hours are totally different on their website than their actual hours, which are fairly inconvenient. Bottom line, the store might be great for pros, bit do it yourselfers should look elsewhere.

First of all, don’t go to this store if you’re a woman with any self-respect. Or if you want accurate customer service. Go to a local Home Depot or some other store where the staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally. I walked out in disgust after one of the salesmen told me they didn’t make the color I needed – even though I had bought that color three weeks previously – who wouldn’t look it up – or give me the time of day.
On the other hand, I spoke later to a manager, Ken, who was apologetic and professional. But I don’t have the time or energy to drive across town to be treated badly.

Fast and friendly — but the best part was when I had one employee walk up to the computer screen as I was paying at tell the other employee he was charging me to much… ended up saving me about $ 25…and I thought it was a decent price to begin with. Greatly appreciated — worth the drive! Call ahead and they will have it waiting for you.
