Love, love, love their food. We drive an hour to just to have it!

Yet another stellar Middle Eastern place on Colorado, this one is a bit more Moroccan than the others, so you get a little different slant on the food. But it’s all very good, and I’ve always had good service when coming here. It’s a very typical menu, so dive in to one of the combo plates if you want a little bit of everything, or pick a specific dish if you have a craving for something. Their chicken shwarma is outstanding, marinated in some sort of citrusy goodness. Lamb is cooked to the right temperature and all the salads are well-prepared. Hot pita and creamy hummus complement your meal as well. It can be really hard to decide which restaurant to visit in this strip mall, so do yourself a favor and try them all. You might have to rotate between all of them to keep everyone happy, but make sure this one is included.

Terrible terrible service. Extremely rude staff! The food is decent but not worth dinning in. If taking to go make sure you call at least an hour in advance. Very very slow

I unfortunately only get to eat here a couple of times a year since I moved to the other side of town, but I always look forward to it. The food is among the best Middle Eastern in the city, the service is great, and the price is right. Try the lamb shank, the vegetarian platter, or about anything on the menu, it’s hard to go wrong.

I have never been served by a friendlier waitress than at this place. The food is excellent with large portions for a good price. My grandma is from Lebanon so Levantine cuisine is something I am very familiar with, and this place does it right.

A yummy Middle Eastern place on South Colorado that has a little ambiance! The restaurant has archways, and Moroccan lamps, and just a little more festive décor than your average strip mall middle eastern joint in the area. We tried the Chicken Schwarma entrée and it was really good! It came with hummus, a green salad, and a large serving of rice and seasoned delicious chicken. We also split a very large pot of mint tea. We chatted and drank tea for two hours: They were down with it. Just kept bring us hot water. Definitely and add to my casual dining ethnic repertoire!

Was impressed with original offerings on the menu. Very unique and truly Moroccan. Was nervous when the salad came out with bottled Italian dressing, but veggies were fresh and plentiful. Homemade bread and hummus come with every meal and it was delightful. The bread thin, warm and perfect for scooping tasty hummus. Kabob combo(I did lamb and kafta) were true to the region. Meat was tender, flavorful and perfectly cooked. Sauces also original and homemade.

I’m a huge Middle Eastern food fan… Being raised in Southern California. I came here expecting 4 star quality food and was left thoroughly disappointed. The hummus tasted store bought and lacked flavor. The pita bread was served to us cold, stale, and chewy. The«basmati rice» tasted and looked like long grain jasmine rice with zero flavor. The kafta was horribly dry and low quality meat. I usually only like to post reviews when I have nice things to say… But the service was also awful. So I felt a need to warn others before coming here. The food is awful. The service is slow. The servers were unorganized, forgetful, and impersonal. It was a very disappointing experience. Not to mention– overpriced. Don’t come here. I’m shocked the reviews are so high on Unilocal

Went here before the movies and what a great choice! My girlfriend and I split the vegetarian platter and lamb curry. Both were delicious. The platter had a great sampling of grape leaves, falafel, and other goodies. The lamb was super tender and the curry gravy was well seasoned and very tasty. Lemon yogurt sauce was the bomb!!! It’s also BYOB which is neat.

I AMSOSADABOUTTHISPLACE. I swear I’ve been here before, years ago, and was so excited to go back. The food is NOTHING like my memory. My mom got a schawarma, and the chicken was over-cooked and dry. My vegetarian plate was good – they definitely have fresh tomatoes and veggies – but the falafal was hard as rocks and nothing else really tasted any better than, say Sabra brand hummus. It took forever to get a refill on water or pay our bill as everyone was back in the kitchen where we couldn’t see them or ask them for either. I was really disappointed and won’t be going back. One cute thing, though: the couple that seems to run the place clearly have some regulars, and stopped by the table next to us to chat to an older couple and inquire after one another’s families. I love that.

Come here for the sandwiches alone. Gyro and falafel are darn good. Actually, that’s all I’ve ever had here… well, they do it pretty well.

Spot on. Ducked in for a meal a few weeks ago. 1. Affordable and generous servings. 2. Waitress was attentive and kind. 3. Food was delicious. Everything exceeded my expectations. 4. The décor is quaint and comfortable and for 30 minutes, you forget you are on S Colorado. Best restaurant I’ve been to in a long time.

Overall the food was great. We had the samosas and kibbeh which were very tasty. I ordered the kaftah, which came out really good. The meat was tender and juicy. The dish came with a side of red chili sauce and garlic sauce. The garlic sauce is to die for. I love dipping my kaftah In it. It also came with a side of hummus, salad, and rice. I substituted the salad with a fattoush salad. The fattoush salad was okay. It was a little spicy, which makes me wonder if there was cayenne pepper in there. Traditionally, the dressing isn’t supposed to be spicy and usually contains pomegranate molasses, which is a signature ingredient of the dish. The humus was on point. I just wish they gave us more than a dollop. But then again it was just a side. Eve though I asked them to leave out the rice, they still added it to my plate. In a way in glad because it was the best rice I’ve ever tasted! If anyone is getting a side if rice, I’d ask for the yellow rice! My friend ordered the Fesenjan which she liked. It was a bit too sweet for my liking when I tried it. The service was okay. It was slow at times but I don’t blame her as there were only 2 waitresses servicing the entire restaurant. I’d come again for sure :)

We used to eat here all the time but since they changed owners the lamb is not the quality it used to be… hard and tasteless. My husbands chicken kabab was also dry and small chunks. The salat and hummus are really great. The prices have also gone up. .I prefer Byblos quality — especially the atmosphere. Marrakech needs an up-date.

I love this place! Where do I start? Well the ambiance and the décor is lovely! When I went here over the weekend I ordered the chicken Shawarma. I love it here, its delicious! It comes with a healthy portion of basmati rice and a side of hummus. My absolute favorite here is the garlic dip! It’s so tasty and I could eat it with a spoon I love it so much. I’m gluten free, so I don’t have the pita bread, but they are happy to provide me with some fresh veggies to dip into it instead! Love this place!

I met a friend here and arrived first. The server requested that I sit anywhere so I selected a table against the far wall, close to the kitchen. She brought a menu and a setup and I told her a friend would be joining me. She said she would bring back another menu and setup but never did. That was no big deal, since I decided on what I wanted to order before my friend got there and they brought her a setup when the food came. We ordered the cucumber yogurt, garlic dip, lentil soup to start. I ordered the kahfta and she got the chicken shawarma plate. Both came with salads made of yellow iceberg, dry cucumber and hard chunks of orange tomatoes. The yogurt was unnecessarily large and very liquid-y. The taste was more yogurt than the traditional cucumber flavor that I’m used to. My friend loved the garlic dip, but it is probably not something I would order again. It was very, very flavorful. The lentil soup was tasty but seemingly mashed, not pureed, as is more traditional. The kahfta was good and came with a huge mound of jasmine rice. I opted to eat the kahfta with the pita, which was tasty. I didn’t try her chicken, but she liked it. They brought a basket of pita for me and cucumber slices for her(she is allergic to gluten) to eat the yogurt and dip. I ate the two slices of pita and they brought another. I was very surprised to see that they charged extra for all three items — how are we supposed to eat the dip without something to dip in it? I probably wouldn’t choose this place but would go if someone else wanted to.

Omg! You HAVE to try their steak dish. Their other meats like gyros and chicken were pretty good too but definitely cannot beat the steak kabobs. Their main dishes come with a salad and hummus with pita bread. Definitely loved their hummus! So i ordered a gyros dish and my friend ordered a combination dish that had chicken, gyros, and steak along with rice and a couple sauces. so I got to try pretty much everything hahaha. The next time i come back, and trust me, I will… I’m going to order a steak dish and make sure their garlic sauce comes with it. The steak was so full of flavor and juicy. it made me want to bring all my friends who also love Mediterranean food here to try it. i might be biased bc i absolutely love Mediterranean food… but this restaurant is definitely worth trying!

We are from LA, whee there are many excellent Middle Eastern restaurants. Marrakech Grill is by far the best Middle Eastern restaurant we have found in Colorado in the last 25 years.

With apologies to Crosby Stills Nash — Marrakesh Express… Would you know we’re dining at the Marrakech Grill, yes? Would you know we’re dining at the Marrakech Grill, yes? They’re taking me to Marrakech All aboard exclaim, all aboard exclaim, all aboard… I came here for lunch with Cheryl a couple weeks back. There have always been multiple middle eastern dining choices in this area for as far back as I remember. This one, however, is probably my favorite. It is a nice space with a good vibe to it. We had excellent service throughout our lunch. Although we kept it fairly simple, shawarma(one beef, one chicken), some hummus, and some falafel, everything was quite tasty. Okay, I did not love the falafel, but it is not usually my favorite thing. The hummus was velvety and flavorful. The shawarma were delicious and the right size and price for a lunch sandwich. It was a most tasty lunch outing.
