They’ve got a cool promotion going down called McPick 2 which includes Filet O Fish, Big Mac, Quarter Pounder with cheese, and 10 piece chicken nuggets. Pick 2 of those for a total of $ 5. I don’t know how long that will last, but it’s fairly rare when the Big Mac goes on sale so definitely take advantage. The place is as you expect from any McDonalds: your average fast food place. What’s kind of lame about this place is that their drink station is behind the counter so you always have to go up to them to ask for a refill.

Not impressed. this is the third time I have ordered in he drive thru and had to leave before getting my food, I wait in line for a good 15 minutes each time and the line does not move. Today no on was helped at the window the whole time i sat there. Poor service n their part, it is not ridiculous to have someone wait that long in line.

I’m gonna throw this location a bone and give them 3 stars; 2.5 might be more truthful. This location is right off the S Platte River trail (also a fair amount of poor people/​homeless congregate around this parking lot and the ramp down to the trail); I was nearly 30 miles into a ride and running low on energy and water. Brought my bike into the store because I felt slightly unsafe leaving it outside. Long line. Asked the server, who was the manager or asst manager, for 2 Spicy McChickens and some water to top off my bottle. She agreed but said I’d have to take my bike outside because it was blocking the area, or some safety regulation or whatnot. The place was 90% table empty; only people ordering food at the counter, but sure, whatever. Wasn’t taking it out till I got my order though.
There is an outdoor dining area, but it is fenced off with the kind of fencing you find over windows in poor neighborhoods — not super inviting. You can only reach this area from inside the restaurant. — I imagine that might be because of the area it’s in? BUT I was given a big cup of water — with ice… so after recharging with the food and a few gulps of water I was ready to knock out the rest of my 40 mile ride. So… *shrug* …it’s a stop if you’re an avid cyclist and need a quick and cheap food bomb; but I can’t imagine anyone driving out of their way to come here.

Just a run of the mill McDonald’s. I came through and got a sausage egg McMuffin this morning. The only reason I decided to review this place is that it was actually really good. Sometimes you get one and the muffin is burnt or the egg yolk is dry. I am a fan of soft eggs. It was cooked medium, not hard. It was warm and to company specifications. An ideal McMuffin… It was, however, just an egg McMuffin. Kudos to the morning shift 09/​10/​2014.

Tried the mighty wings and I don’t know how you can screw up wings, but they did. Took 10 minutes after I ordered to get them, taste was off with a funky spice flavor (cumin?) that was not the right flavor for wings. Has the test kitchen never had wings? Pretty simple really, breaded or naked, add franks hot sauce and butter mixture and bam, u got wings!

I have been to this place 7 (seven) times because it’s on the way to work or home downtown when driving and EVERY SINGLE time, they screw up the order.
Either they don’t give you stuff you paid for, or they get the order wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Yes they fix it when brought to their attention, but I’m tired of the immigrants there (not assuming they are illegal) that cannot and do not understand English. It doesn’t matter how many times you clarify the order, whether you repeat it at the 1^st window, they still screw it up.
The manager obviously isn’t managing or obviously doesn’t care.
Best to just not go there but check EVERY SINGLE SOLITARY thing in the bag and make sure your receipt is right before leaving. If you are in a hurry and can’t afford extra time to check or come back, don’t go there.
Update: I am adding a star because after I called corporate, the district store supervisor did call me, did write me, profusely apologized, promised to address it with every single employee, and gave me $ 20 credit for future meals (I used at another McD’s). I haven’t decided to try them again at this location — I just don’t have to the time to mess with it — but he does deserve credit for finally handling it the right way.
