This place isn’t the Hilton of storage facilities BUT you get what you pay for. Staff is friendly and honest and works to find you just the right size unit. The other review complains about insulation and after hours access. The staff pointed out the insulation in my unit and even gave me a free drop cloth to cover my items. They also reviewed office and gate hours with me at move in. So if you need after hours access go somewhere else. As far as the lock situation they make it very clear in your lease that your unit must be locked at all times. When I asked what happened if your unit remained unlocked they told me they would call you daily and after 48 hours they would put a new lock on and mail the keys certified to ensure the safety of your items and make sure no one but you intercepted the keys. Bottom line is nice staff, average facility, similar rules to other facilities.

Man I can’t wait to have my stuff out of this place. A couple things that I must say is that inside the storage facility things like this happen to your stuff. Tons of nasty insulation falls on all of your things. When asked about what I could be done about it they answered that its just natural when it rains, and there’s nothing they can do.
Also I knew this going in but it sucks not having access to your stuff after 9pm I thought that wouldn’t be an issue is sure turned out to be very unhelpful. Last but not least when I told them I would be moving out and accidently left my lock off of the door for a couple days as we were moving, they slapped another one on there and charged me for it, not even taking into account that I was just gone for a day.
