This is a great company. Very knowledgable and professional. They were able to fix a brand new computer in minutes when the company I bought it from was not able to figure out what was wrong with it. The company I bought it from actually replaced the computer, and then had Onsite contact me becasue the problem still existed. Since then, I have only used Onsite and highly recommend them.

Unilocal and Onsite Consulting for the win! I’m so glad I stopped in on Saturday to get help. My four-year old Macbook was doing everyone slowly(damn that rainbow spinning wheel!) and Robert took a lot of time to diagnose and do what he could to correct it, all without selling me anything. I immediately got the sense that he was trustworthy and knew what he was doing. In the end I upgraded my RAM, he installed it in 5 minutes, and because of a few other things he did, my Mac is running like butter. I’ll be back if and when it’s time to make new computer changes or diagnose an issue. Thanks Robert!

I encountered a problem with my laptop today due to an issue with a temporary profile created as a result of a Microsoft update. The issue blocked my ability to access any of my files and folders. I stopped in to onsite to drop off my laptop and a tech named Robert helped me. He took a couple minutes to diagnose the problem, made a couple adjustments and rebooted the laptop twice. Much to my surprise, he was able to restore my laptop and getting running in just a few minutes. When I asked about the charges, he simply said«no charge» which surprised me because I was a new customer and they did not owe me anything. Returning tomorrow to drop off my wife’s computer for a tune up.

This is being written by the only senior with disabilities who has never owned a lap top… until now. I retired when the computer was just being created, so I am totally computer illiterate. After using the lap top for the simplest of connections , search, etc., successfully(!), I recently encountered severe problems. It was recommended by the manufacturer that I contact ONSITECONSULTING. This could have been the test of «complications» in my life, but it was everything but! Not only did I receive immediate and courteous care, my problems were resolved(amazing!) by Mr. Henke, Tracy(Office Manager), Tech Howard, and Tech Robert. Since this was a new experience for me, I thought for sure I would have been charged mega bucks for the exceptional knowledge and support I received. No doubt, this is a stand up company. I was having issues with an external hard drive and was referred here by another tech company. I arrived with my problem external hard drive and met with the owner. He was very friendly and professional, and it was obviously he cares about his business of 30+ years. He took a quick look at the hard drive, and he was honest enough to show me it was a problem with my personal computer and not the hard drive. He could have easily charged me the full price I was prepared to pay for the hard drive repair, and I would have never known. Instead he was honest with me and sent me on my way, free of charge. Because of this, I am now confident I found an honest, well run computer repair business with an owner who really cares about his customers. I will certainly return if I ever need to and I will be sure to recommend On Site Consulting to anyone I can.

Scott and his crew are as honest and straightforward as they can be about your computer and the need(or lack of need!) for repairs. He’s worked on lots of our machines, but about a year ago my laptop was shutting down randomly. It seemed like it was too hot, so I took it in to have the fan replaced. They did replace it at my request, but warned me that the motherboard might be getting ready to give up the ghost. I’m pleased to say the new fan fixed the problem, but the best part is that when they tell you«you need a new computer,» it’s NOT because they want to sell you one. Instead, they give you tips about what to buy and send you to a retailer. Their classes are amazing, too, including how-to classes on iPads and so forth that they don’t sell but they know their customers need to learn about. Love Onsite Consulting!
