Barb Perry was our listing agent and she was either unaware of the market or wanted a quick commission. She seemed to be looking out for the buyer(whose agent was from her company) by persuading me to ignore other interest in my property and to comply with all of the sellers demands. I will not be using perry & co in the future and wouldn’t refer them to my worst enemy.
