Very informative and friendly staff. Kristian, their managing director, suggested the services and gave reasons for them but never was pushy about it. Workers were finished quicker than expected and the house had a 50% reduction in air-​flow. Workers also respected flooring and wall corners, and vacuumed up (even where they didn’t make a mess). Company also is taking care of the energy audit process. My only minor complaint would be that the cantilever needs additional repairing, but they pointed me towards someone with experience with repairing drywall.

My house is 2 stories and sits on a 4 ft crawl space. It’s drafty and cold in the winter. The furnace is in the attic and does a poor job of heating the main floor. Kristian thoroughly evaluated my home and suggested sealing and insulating the crawl space, attic and hot water heater room. His estimate was well written, describing and pricing everything in detail. Comparably his cost was very good. I’m very happy with the work performed and feel that Kristian has been very professional in resolving my heating issues. My utility bill for Dec-​Jan just posted and its down 20% from a year ago!

The two stars are for the work performed. It was as expected, and their pricing was fair.
Otherwise, we had a less than good experience with these guys, especially in regards to their customer service. The majority of people I interacted with, including the supervisor overseeing the work and the director that we interacted with a couple of times, consistently exhibited poor communication and a lack of professionalism, especially after the work was performed and we had some ongoing issues/​questions to work out with them.
Nancy (who always answers the phone and seems to be their business manager or something of the sort) was the one bright spot in my experience from a customer service standpoint. She was very kind and helpful over the phone, and was prompt with responses to questions, etc.
There are seemingly thousands of companies that do this stuff in the Denver area alone — if we have additional energy efficiency work performed at our house, we will go with someone else.

We just completed some energy savings work with Precision Home Performance and are very pleased with their work and professionalism. We selected them to improve the air sealing and add insulation to our attic. The crew was professional, courteous and thorough. Kristian’s estimate was detailed, itemized and when he emailed it to me — it included references, the BBB report on the company, and proof of insurance. Not many companies are this thorough. If you act now, there are rebates from Excel for energy audit work. You will be able to start saving on your energy bills. I highly recommend this company.

Kristian and his crew did a great job with our house in Lone Tree. We have a very open floor plan with high ceilings. In the winter we felt lots of drafty areas and in the summer it was tough for our single air conditioning unit to keep up.
Kristian stopped by and gave us an estimate and we ended up hiring him to add insulation to our attic, air seal our entire house, fix our crawl space in the basement, as well as other small tasks to make our home more comfortable.
They were very reliable and timely and were willing to give me information about some of the things I could do myself to save me money since I was on a tight budget.
He completed the job and we noticed a significant difference with our A/​C and Heater systems running less. It has been about a year and a half since the job was completed and we couldn’t be happier.
