Pristine Clean By Monica

Monica has now threatened to release all my personal information to social networks due to this review. I have contacted authorities, cancelled my credit card, etc. She removed the threat so if anyone wants to see it, I took a photo. Just let me know. And don’t hire this one or you may find yourself being abused too.
I hired this person to clean my house before I moved in. By the looks of my house, I’m not even sure she showed up. I asked her to clean the appliances and the microwave has crumbs in it. The oven had dirty streaks going down it. I asked specifically for the cabinets to be cleaned, yet I was wiping old red sauce drops off them. I told her I would be painting the master bedroom and wanted the walls cleaned. Yeah, I did that as well. I asked for some of my money back and she refused. She had a million and one excuses, like she couldn’t refund me due to the time she spent there. I don’t know what she was doing with her time but she wasn’t cleaning! Do yourself a favor and hire someone that you DON’T have to clean up after.
She tries to call me a scammer, but the truth is she received full payment. I could’ve denied the credit card charge, but I didn’t. She still got paid in full to do nothing. So if anyone got scammed, it was me. I’m still cleaning my home after Monica! I think Monica needs to carry a pen and paper with her so she can remember what someone asks of her. I never asked for my floors to be mopped — I knew that I would have to do that after the move anyway! So why she focused so much time on this when it was everything else I wanted cleaned is beyond me.
Monica now has uploaded a photo of her man-​like hand flipping me off, with the backdrop of a very dirty house (not surprising, I wonder how much she charged for that one), she is stalking me on Unilocal — liking and commenting on everything I do, and creating fake Unilocal profiles to give herself better reviews. Know why the good reviews don’t show up? Because Unilocal knows it’s Monica posting them and removing them. This woman has to be one of the craziest people I’ve encountered in my life. She’s unprofessional and just a trashy human being. If you can’t take a bad review, get out of the business. I wish I would’ve never hired her.
