Much like the other reviewers who had a bad experience, put mine right up there too. I wish I had read their lame rules. I brought in two end tables and a matching coffee table that were as good as new. They sold them and never contacted me, and when I went in to check with them, they had no record of my furniture. I went in three times to try to have this straightened out and finally just gave up as it was taking all my time and energy to resolve this.
I think they are not honest in their dealings, in their practice, and their business terms of agreement is ridiculous. I had a lawyer review it and her said it really is not worth the paper they print it on. Save yourself a hassle and headache by going anywhere but here.
I have to chalk up my experience with them as something I will never do again.

Update — I sued in small claims court and finally got paid for my furniture.
These people do business like a teacher in the summertime: no class.

I“M SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS! I will never do business with them again. Not a single person staffed on the store floor has the ability to access the consignment records. You call in to check the status of your items and never get a call back. Horrible, horrible experience. I have nightmares about all of my great items, Drexel Heritage, Pottery Barn, etc,… originally valued at thousands of dollars and I received one check for under a hundred dollars and was told other items were on lay-​a-​way and would be paid later. Never heard a word, no call, no calls returned. I feel that my items were stolen from me!!! I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau next. Why would anyone read these reviews and consign any decent furniture with them. If you’ve found something great there, I’m not in shock… we were all naïve to consign with them. Their future is dark!

Sometimes they have good buys, but don’t ever let them consign your furniture. They will claim it’s theirs after 90 days and you will never see a penny of your money. It’s best to stay away and give your business to other more reputable consignment stores.

I was in here again looking for twin headboards, a hot-​moving item and did not find what I needed, but I did find a bunch of other gorgeous furniture and picked up some nice silver servers at bargain prices…
They have some beautiful stuff and I overheard a would be seller say that their contract was «standard»…but I never sell stuff at consignment shops myself.

DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They listed my items for twice the price it said on my contract and told me the items sold 5 days after my contract was over. I am going to turn them in to the Colorado Division of Fraud. I hope other unsatisfied customers do the same…
