I was in line waiting to order and a cocktoach was climbing down the counter onto the chip display. When I told told the employee she ignored me so I said it loud enough for her to hear me. The manager never SAID a word he just came around and killed it.

Quiznos puts out great salads at a good price. I’m a real fan of the Harvest and Mediterranean salads. Their Honey Lemonade is a great soda alternative. The online ordering could be a bit smoother and I would love an iPhone app but the online ordering has been getting better so I’m keeping my fingers crossed on the app. ;)

The building is pretty interesting. The staff was okay: when I requested to see the nutritional info sheets, she gave them to me but asked for them back before I had a chance to sit down, eat my food, and go over the sheets! She also forgot to serve us the soup we ordered, but apologized about it after we reminded her. The subs were pretty standard Quiznos quality. I was sad to find out they no longer do the lobster salad rolls, so we settled for Chicken Carbonara on wheat, it was tasty but the chicken breasts hardly had any grill/toast marks on them. Also tried the Black Angus on Parmesan roll, everything including the flavor was good but the beef, it had a lot of tendon in it and I ended up spitting whole chunks of meat out.

Okay I’ve been to this place 3 or more times, so I want you to factor that in when you read this. Every single time I have been there, the«Mario brothers» team behind the counter is all about assembly line, not about customer service. They shout in your face«NEXT!» without looking at you, and then the make your sandwich as fast as they can, and WRONG a lot of the time,(have screwed my orders up twice) and further, this restaurant owner and manager have MADESURE you can’t see what is going on with your sandwich like you should be able to by plastering menus and ads all over the glass you should otherwise be able to look through. Then they rush you along to pay before it comes out of the horizontal oven, and you aren’t given a chance to have any other feedback, just here it is, thanks. And it’s not like you are going to want to then unwrap and check it with a line of other people behind you waiting to pay. Then if you bother calling back and asking them to address something, they will act like it’s your problem and argue with you. This place obviously doesn’t care about quality or getting it right, they just want ‘cho money, CHUMP! That is their attitude. Separately, today, I thought it was a pristine example of their attitude, the little short gang banger cashier with the gross neck tattoos shouts at the top of her lungs«Yeah because lazy dumb ass didn’t do his f**king job.». Yep, perfect example. Now, I want to say, I am a big fan of Quizno’s generally, and I am very angry at this Store, number 6 for doing the best they can to ruin that for me. I won’t be back to that location. Ever.
