This is a great place for a quick burger. The staff is amazing! There was an error with my online order and they went out of their way to make sure I was served quickly and correctly. The staff was exceptionally friendly and even offered to buy me a soda while I waited. These guys really know what they’re doing. Excellent job!

Serviceable, got a turkey teriyaki aloha and steak all for under ten dollars. Had a very juicy. Kinda tasted like may have been frozen. But for price can’t complain. And server was really nice and polite

Terrible serivice. I was not welcomed, smiled at, or acknowledged. I asked a question about the menu and the cashier looked at me blankly, she had no energy in her voice, and didnt say one please or thank you. The restrooms were filthy, Floors very dirty, and the music choices shouldnt make you fall asleep in a burger place. You could hear the manager yelling at her employees the entire time. I’m from out of state and I will never forget this terrible experience. You bet I’ll be telling people not to come here. I’d choose the habit, smash burger or 5 guys over this anyday.

Perfect place to eat. Prior to coming in, I was at taco bell. Man I walked in and walked out, the place smelled like shit. The burger was cooked good, staff was friendly. Place needed a sweep, other than that was very clean. Will be returning

I stop by Red Robin’s Burger Works at lunch, maybe once a month or so, to grab a burger to go. The burgers are always tasty, and delivered fast. Up until recently, they only offered the standard skinny french fries, which always seemed somewhat blasphemous considering that the Red Robin restaurants strive to be known for their bottomless STEAK fries! Well, the STEAK fries have arrived to Burger Works! Today I stopped in to grab a burger for myself and for a coworker. I planned to get the steak fries with my order and the regular fries for my friend. The guy taking my order retorted, «What do you mean ‘regular fries’?» I said, «The skinny, non-steak fries.» He said, «We don’t have anything except steak fries.» I said, «Hm. You used to.» To which he responded, «Yeah, well, we don’t anymore.» Smart-ass employees aside, I will go back, because the food is good, the price is right, and I can get in and out quickly.

This place is great! You can order online, select your pickup time and your food is ready when you get there. I actually was a little surprised the order ended up being put together correctly. Can’t always expect much from fast food joints. The blue ribbon burger is pretty close to amazing. The combination of the blue cheese with steak sauce and the crunchy onions on top… I die! The burger has the charcoal taste that I have always loved, since most restaurants cook their burgers on a flat grill this place stands out. I have also had the chicken strips and they were quite good as well. When in a time crunch and wanting a tasty burger I would definitely recommend burger works.

Another bad review. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to have the Red Robin name in it. Their burger does not, in fact, work for me. The only thing that works for me about this place is their fries! They are endless at other places, here I have no idea, since I couldn’t ever get an answer from their staff, mainly because no one that has ever been working on the two occasions I’ve been here spoke English. I’m not trying to be mean, I’m just stating a fact. Maybe they were just pretending not to speak English so they could keep all of the fries to themselves? Now that I think about it, that actually makes more sense. So…the burgers here are not as good, at least not to me, as they are at Red Robin restaurants. I’ve only been twice… I honestly doubt I’ll give it another chance… heck, with 5280 Burger Bar serving up their«delicious» burgers and amazing customer service(see my review) why would you want to go anywhere else? But, this review isn’t about them, it’s about Burger Works. Their burgers just taste plain, and I’ve basically had to put a ton of condiments on mine just to make it edible. It honestly has the look and feel of a fast food joint inside, and maybe that’s why I’m turned off to it. At any rate, there are definitely better burger options along 16th street mall. I’ll get to those in another review, but based on my experience at this particular location, I do not recommend eating here.

The real Red Robin is better. It has more selection and taste better/fresher. But the service here is quite good for a place that’s more of a fast food vibe. The staff was very accommodating.

The first time I ever tried a burger works I was very disappointed in the quality and service. After trying it again at a different location my mind has been changed. Red robin is one of the few chains I adore. The service at the downtown location was quick and delicious. Staff was respectful and understood what I ordered. There is a nice outdoor patio as well. The only thing that held me back from giving this establishment a five is that burger works still has not perfected the whiskey river BBQ chicken wrap versus at a normal red robin. There is a not enough ranch or any at all on the wraps. The chicken cooked a little too long as it was hard to chew. Over all I like my usual order and can’t get enough of it of course as I always come back.

The service was surly and very slow. We waited more than 30 min for an order of chicken strips, and they got the order wrong… twice. Don’t go here unless you like being treated worse than they treat their food. Oh, and the food has a cardboard aftertaste.

Wow… this is my new favorite burger joint. I love the the bread, the ingredients, the fries. It’s all very delightful. A little pricier than a fast food joint but not as pricey as a restaurant. Very modern & laid back atmosphere. Yum! Let’s get messy***

The food deserves 3 stars the service demands zero stars. i went there on fathers day. i got the bbq whiskey burger which tasted great. my complaints are the soda machine is high tech and has 100s of flavors. the problem is there is only one. It creates a bottleneck for getting ice and a drink. It creates a long line. For the service my waitress delivered my food and knocked my drink over which spilled it all over my mother and myself. Drenching her purse in Iced tea and staining my new jacket i received for fathers day. She half heartly said sorry and brought back a few napkins. Not nearly enough to clean up the mess. She never returned leaving a hug puddle on the floor where my moms purse had sat in the flood zone. We were never engaged to see how we were doing by the waitress or the manager. I understand accidents happen but show some compassion to the customers. I wont be coming back.

As a downtown Denver resident, I’m always hoping for additional quick dinner options along the 16th Street Mall and have been pleasantly surprised with the addition of Red Robin’s Burger Works to the scene! With a hamburger option that includes a fried egg and some of the most delicious chicken tenders in the business… this is a premium option over McDonalds and Carls Jr. on the Mall for a bite to eat on the go. Your expectations can only be so high when your entire meal will be around $ 8 but with quick service, an above-average product, clean atmosphere and outstanding location, Red Robin’s Burger Works is now a favorite of mine! Final note: French fries are not the same as those you’ll find at a full Red Robin restaurant.

So, Red Robin should really remove their name from the title of Burger Works. If you’re expecting Red Robin– this is not it. Thin, dry, tasteless and greasy patties with skinny fries. Far from the moist, thick patties and steak fries of Red Robins. Same price, and faster service, but not Red Robin. I do know the 2 friends I went with loved it, so perhaps if you go without thinking Red Robin it could be a great experience. I will be going back to try the chicken tenders salad as it looked awesome, so perhaps we will see an update in the future.

You would almost walk by this place without noticing it and looking from the outside in, it might seem that there is no business going on. That’s due to the dark glass out front mostly, but go inside and you’ll see that there is a nice setup happening. Casual and simple describe this place, it’s fast food, sure but not like a McDonald’s or BK. It’s a step above that at least. The slimmed down version of a full sized Red Robin restaurant. I like that personally. I had a real taste for a burger recently and stopped in to do just that. Friendly staff, first of all and that’s important, as well as helpful, which they were. Not that you need to be a rocket scientist to order a burger from Red Robin, but I had a question or two while I was ordering. The service was fast, my self built burger was awesome and any place with sweet potato fries to me is a plus! The Thai chili ketchup is the perfect condiment to go on your burger. Plus on this day there weren’t any tables of screaming kids who cant seem to sit in their seats like at any of the full size Red Robin locations. That too is a plus!

Burgers, Fries, and Diet Coke! sometimes you just need to eat a messy burger-I like the Royal because it comes with an egg and bacon, but hold the mayo for this gal! The service here is very friendly and this place get’s busy during the work week lunch rush. The over all feel of the place is a little stiff, hard tables/seats, metal– like industrial décor– and they don’t have the good red robin frys, these fries are tiny-not a fan of this type of fry. They do have that special seasoning but you have to ask for, it’s not out with the other condiments. Decent meal for the price when you need to satisfy that burger craving.

Got a burger here with guacamole, jalapenos, lettuce, some cheese, and an order of fries. Service was quick and the cashier was polite. Unfortunately, it goes downhill from there. The hamburger patty was far overcooked to the point of a bitter flavor from the outside of the patty, and the fries were the little McDonald’s style one, not the Red Robin steak fries. They don’t deliver Red Robin quality, but they sure don’t hesitate to hit you with Red Robin price. You can do much better downtown. If you want a Red Robin burger, do yourself a favor and go to one of the full-service ones.

I had never been at a Red Robin in my life, but my husband mentioned he had a great burger there so we went for lunch on 16th St. The place is cool, the service quick and the options looked very good. I went for the firery burger option that had plenty of spice and hot peppers… it was juicy but not dripping fat, it was very flavorful and I finished every bite of it. I was pleasantly surprised at how great it was.

I wanted a Burger but didnt want the sit down experience at H Burger and wasnt in the mood for Smash Burger. So here I went. I ordered the Banzai Burger, with the teriyaki and pineapple slice. It was medium rare, more on the rare side then i like. But it was still delicious. Im impressed how fast they construct it. And Not in a crappy Mcdonalds Big Mac fashion either. On to the Onion strings. They had a weird spice to them. I like my onion strings to be sweet. But they were still delicious But next time ill try the Sweet Potato fries. They have a limited dessert menu. I wish it was expanded like at the restaurant. The Shake menu is nice though. Salted Caramel shake, sounds awesome. TV’s are around and the Décor is pretty upbeat too. I shall be back, to try more NOMNOMS on the menu.
