Who knew this gem existed? Skip out on the chain chocolate shops and come here! Being the candy lover that I am, one taste of the fudge won me over. Every type of chocolate you want, they have it. It’s also a great place for any type of gift you looking for.

I’ve always liked robertas chocolates, the first when I went there was back when I was living in colorado. Michelle who use to always assist me was the best, I’m not sure if she there any longer. I recently made a purchase and they are going to ship it out to me here in Massachusetts. I’m excited I get to enjoy Roberta’s chocolates again. The phone order was quick and super easy. Wish I was able to go inside the store and pick what I want. The website is easy to navigate but it’s not the same as going in. I alway recommend this place to everyone. Love this place.

I discovered this out of the way little shot a couple of years ago, and it’s become a regular stop for me ever since.
For me it’s not just the chocolate (which is excellent!), or the selection (which is exceptional), or even the service, which is great every single time.
I love buying food that was hand made by happy people, you can taste the difference in every bite. There are free samples of fudge — you can’t help but love that, right? Usually I just get the truffles, but today I wanted a specific gift for a friend, and they were able to make a little chocolate violin for me custom (they actually poured it before I left the building, and I can pick it up first thing in the morning).
The parking lot is a little small, but there is ample free on street parking.

Very much worth stopping by. Some of the most amazing fudge I think I have ever tasted. We got the maple nut, heath dark choc, peanut butter and plain dark choc. All equally delicious. When you buy a pound, they give you half a pound for free. We also tried a couple peanut clusters, cashew Carmel patties, and couple truffles. Easily the best chocolates in Denver! They also have lots of novelty candies and nifty gift shop connected to the candy shop. Can’t wait to visit again!

We went here before a trip up in the mountains. The lovely lady who greeted and offered us samples of what they have that morning. My bad, I could not recall what we had to begin with. From what I like were the truffles, and some other Chocolate stuffs. I think I had the Habanero Chocolate and the Lemon/​Lime Truffles.
Yes, its a FAMILY OWNED, Colorado Based Company. Its a Mom and Pop kind of Chocolate establishment galore! The lovely owner who owns this shop, is indeed welcoming and inviting. Hope to see this shop again in the future for all my Chocolate Needs… They offer delivery but NOT during the Summer coz Chocolate MELTS!

First class chocolates and confections! I have been wanting to go into Roberta’s for months and today I finally made it in with my wife, my niece and two nephews. We were given samples of really great fudge and we purchased probably more than anyone should, but it is so hard to resist. The staff were so fun and friendly, we had a great time in their shop. It’s obvious why they have been chosen Best of Denver so many times in a row. I give 5 stars!

Even without the delicious homemade treats or chandy shoppe candies and sodas– Roberta’s is a perfect place for locally made presents and stuff for anyone. From Women’s Bean Project things to Broncos dangly earrings, this place has a ton of stuff for everyone.

Great chocolates. The truffles are especially amazing. The caramel and sea salt along with the pomegranate truffles are fantastic. Denver knows it’s food and I have learned to trust the ratings on Unilocal.This one proof spot on also — they have consistently been rated best chocolate in Denver. Skip the chain chocolate places and go here. It is located in an odd place, but worth the drive.

Wanted to celebrate «National Chocolate Day» so I looked up chocolate shops in the Denver area and decided to give Roberta’s a try. It’s a small shop w/​lots of charm. The walls are lined with all sorts of candies and treats, literally from floor to ceiling.
Picked out a small box of truffles, some assorted candies and 1.5 pounds of fudge (Buy 1 pound, get ½ pound free). Really liked my mint chocolate truffle. Never seen so many flavors of fudge (At least 20)! Enjoyed the dark chocolate walnut and malted milk chocolate flavors, but there were more exciting ones like bacon and jalapeño.
I used the Unilocal deal ($ 10 for $ 20) so between that and the fudge promotion, I made out with ~$ 35 worth of chocolate for $ 20. Will be back for my next special occasion or just for a nice treat!

Wow, this is great chocolate! We first went in for truffles after reading these Unilocal reviews. The truffles that they make are ahmazing! Such great flavors that actually taste like the flavor they say they are. These are no small truffles that you wonder after one bite how you could spend so much on something so small. They are a good 4 bites for me (I like to savor them so I make them last longer), but they are definitely a larger size than any truffles I have had before. Just returned yesterday to pick up some more truffles and just had to get a caramel chocolate covered marshmallow patty. OMG that thing is amazing as well! There has been different staff the two days I was in, but they were both very nice, inviting and non-​hurrying (important when I am trying to decide on chocolate, you know?) Go in — you won’t be sorry!

Love the chocolate, fudge and other candies. Don’t love the rude older lady with blondish hair. She wasn’t rude to me, although she wasn’t friendly to me either. However, she was very rude to the man in front of me. I almost left because of how she treated him, but I promised my daughter we would buy her Grandma’s favorite fudge there.

I have only been here once so far but it was a great experience. The store is small yet filled with as much chocolate as the space allows!
The woman behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. She may have been the owner but I can’t be sure. She told us that all of the truffles and fudge are made on location which was enough to sell my boyfriend and I on getting some of each!
I used the Unilocal deal to buy my chocolates. I got about $ 36 worth of chocolate for $ 21, including the price I paid for the deal. I am very satisfied with the value.
I did not try the truffles yet but the fudge is pretty solid. We tried the Heath toffee and the dark chocolate salted caramel. Both are delicious, with the latter being our favorite.
Roberta’s is definitely worth a visit, especially if you want a special treat or are looking to purchase a gift. :)

2 words: Jalapeño Fudge. Need I say more? This is THE best chocolate store in Denver. They have a huge variety of homemade fudge, truffles, caramels, candy, etc. The staff is super friendly, and very generous with letting you sample their tasty treats. Very reasonably priced as well, for homemade chocolates. They also have a large variety of other packaged snacks and candy that I’m sure you will not walk out empty handed.
I really enjoyed their salted caramel fudge… but the winner is that sweet and spicy Jalapeño fudge. To achieve pure orgasmic flavor-​popping bliss, (a.) buy a square of that, (b.) head over to Bonacquisti Winery and grab a bottle of their Zinfandel Port, (c.) eat fudge, and chase with a sip of port. HEAVEN.

Go for the truffles, stay for the chocolate covered bacon.
This place is fantastic! I never would have found it, if I didn’t have a groupon-​type thing for Roberta’s. It’s a small place and there are only a couple of parking spots, but it’s worth discovering.
Roberta’s has a huge glass case full of truffles, my favorite! You can get them individually, or like I did, make a sampler box. Yum! The white chocolate champagne was my fav!
They have lots of fun novelty items here too, like chocolate covered jalapenos, chocolate covered bacon and suckers shaped like beers, etc.
I will definitely be back when I need something silly for a bday or a box of truffles to take to out of state for the ‘rents.
