Save Security is a great team of people to work with. They were never pushy or forceful when suggesting what system to install. Their installers are extremely professional — clean, respectful of the fact that I work from home (the install was not disruptive), and knowledgable.

Joe, with Saber Security/​ADT, made an immediate impression on us — one that distinguished him from a long list of security company solicitations: he was courteous, thorough, professional, patient and knowledgeable. At no point did we feel as though we were being «sold» on a system; rather, he guided us through multiple viable security options, based on the budget and logistical criteria we discussed.
Based on our experience with Joe, we’d have still gone with him over a less-​expensive competitor, unless the price gap were substantial; but let me save you the time and hassle — I shopped around, and was not able to find a better value out there. He honored every promise made during every conversation, and then some, when it came to pricing, installation and follow-​up.
Moreover, we were able to reach him very easily with questions *after* installation — i.e. when he had very little to gain.
