Pretty well in-line for what you’ll see for local liquor stores in the neighborhood. A bit over-priced but not terrible, a big focus on domestic beer with a few random microbrews thrown in for good measure, and a limited selection of liquor behind the counter. Fine for dropping around the corner for another bottle of Bicardi for a party, but it’s not where you want to go to stock your bar.

I’m selling myself out here a bit, giving all these«first» reviews to neighborhood liquor stores. Oh, WHATEVER! Sometimes a lady needs a Dale’s at night. No apologies for that. Anyway, Santa Fe Liquors is a small, neighborhood store. If you take Santa Fe into downtown driving home, it’s perfect for you — prices aren’t super high(Dale’s Pale Ale is under $ 9 a six pack, not bad for a local place — and you avoid the drive to Argonaut.) Quick tip: They’ve got street parking right out front… just slow down a bit just before you hit the address, and drive right into the street area. The owner(I assume… the same guy has been there every time I’ve been in) is friendly and helpful. No complaints here!
