Recently, Comcast sent us a new WiFi router and basically said that it was user friendly and easy to install by oneself. WRONG. After struggling to get the router working and in the end, pretty much messing up the connections to all our devices we called Jeremy Tilden of SimplServ. Best decision we ever made.
Jeremy came out the next day, got us up and running and fixed some problems that I was having with the new IOS 8 on my Mac and iPad.
In addition, he returned the next week to run a key logger check on my husband’s PC and clean up viruses and malware. Jeremy also got our BluRay DVD player to stream movies for us, something we had sat on for about 3 years.
Jeremy is patient, efficient, speaks in layman terms, and will take the initiative to correct a problem that you might have overlooked. We will never again use Geek Squad or some well intentioned but clueless friend.

I am a technology-​challenged woman who is always 2 steps behind what is going on. I regularly lose my internet connection, am informed that there are man-​eating viruses taking over my system, and lose all my stored information. Add to the mix, I have a PC and iPhone and iPad and it is nearly impossible to get all devices synched and running. I used craigslist people for a long time, but most were more clueless than me and they are not exactly reliable. One guy got me set up and when I needed help he had left town… literally! I decided it was te to find a real professional and found one on Unilocal. (actually, found 2, but the first one didn’t want to hear what I needed and what my problem was, just wanted to send someone over. Then…(violins play) I found Jeremy !!! He totally «got me» I was fumbling for words and he understood. I was near nervous breakdown territory. I said so do I come to you or u come toe or how does it work? He said I come to you. I said when can u come expecting to hear next Friday and he said in about 45 minutes. Nothing could have made me happier. And he (like me) is a prompt, punctual guy.
He came, he needed some info and not only fixed the major problems, explained a couple of things I was doing that could put me at risk for hacking. PLUS fixed my contacts, my virus software, put my phone in its case (I couldn’t do it) AND… are u ready for this??? Got the 100 wires all over the place connecting router, modem and computer all fixed up and out of the way. AND he synched my new iPhone to my car.
A bubble bath would have been my next request, but he is VERY professional, unlike me, who told him my life story while he worked. I can’t begin to say how good he is,
How helpful even to a 52 year old dumbass like me. I got on one knee and asked him the big question… «Jeremy, will you be my computer guy?» And he said yes. I’m telling you he is worth his weight in gold. He is so good, that someday when he is accepting the Pulitzer for being the best person ever born, I will say «and he was MY computer guy!!!» Call him!

Jeremy of SimplServ is a fantastic (and affordable) web designer and provides excellent support service for our business. In addition to building our website, he set up our social networks and linked our smart TV to both, integrated iPads for a POS, and even set up our sound system.
We couldn’t have made a better choice for our website and overall IT services.
