Snappy Nails

today was my first time here, me and my mother walked in and straight away prices were all over the place, first it was 20 for a new full set then for some reason it jumped up to 35? They finally said it was 25 for the full set. We both also requested two pedicures and the tech was not very friendly from the start and pretty much all you get for a normal «pedicure» is a soak in plain warm water, and slight cuticle treatment; no foot scrubbing, no cuticle softner on the heels nothing. The tech continued to tell my mom that it would cost an extra 7 dollars for callus removal (foot scraping and scrubbing) in the end the tech did my polish job surprisingly well no complaint there. It came to my attention after everything was said and done that there was a lady before me sitting in the same pedicure chair getting her feet done, and when she was done they did not sanitize the tub, stupid me not paying attention I didn’t realize till the end. GROSS. I’ve also heard on previous reviews they do not sanitize their tools. Not to mention they made fun of /​mocked my mom for becoming frustrated with these services in Vietnamese little did they know my third language is Vietnamese. Very poor business. I WOULD NOT COME BACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Verify prices BEFORE they do anything! They do not honor their posted prices. Took my 77 year old Mother for mani/​pedi. She does not use any nail strengthening products or polish. I do pink and white and got a refill on pink only. They charged me $ 110, my Mothers foot is still bleeding and they did not put any polish or sealer on my nails. BEWARE!!!

I’ve been to this location twice and each time I have been 100% satisfied. The first time I got a French mani/​pedi for my wedding and my nails looked gorgeous and lasted about 3 weeks with no chips or anything. The second time I got a mani/​pedi with a beautiful dark purple. I’m going on week two and still no chips or broken nails. They look flawless. I will continue to do business here. Love this place.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I was able to get right in, but as soon as I sat down I felt like I was rushed out. The whole experience lasted 20 minutes. The guy hurried throughout the whole pedicure. He didn’t fully paint my toes, he left lotion on my legs balled up and dried, and then ran off to the next customer. I understand that, being a guy you probably don’t want to paint girls toenails. You should probably get a different job.

Had my nails done French tips for my wedding and the lady barely spoke English. Was very awkward sitting there as I had a pedi as well. One of my nails isn’t even shaped right. It is lumpy and they didn’t file it right. Several bubbles and the gel finish isn’t covering the whole nail.

I did a walk and waited about 15 minutes, which is to be expected. I got an eye and lip wax. The person who did it, did a great job but was not very talkative or friendly. I would definitely go back though, it only cost $ 25 for both services!
