I really enjoy their tasting events. You get enough booze for your buck.

Five stars times five equals twenty five stars. Think small, adorable local brewery/taproom but replace the beer with cider. GOOD cider. Not too sweet cider. Interesting, delicious, not-yr-average ciders. Everything from hop or jalapeño-infused to bourbon barrel aged and all the possibilities in-between. Mmmm cider. [We ordered two flights and tried ‘em all, a la Pokémon.] Cute place, incredibly nice lady bartender with a unique name that I can’t recall. What I can recall is that we talked about dinosaurs a little bit. Why can’t we have a version of Stem here in MKE? Dang.

Definitely a solid cider brewery. I love their logo too. There were a good number of people pretty soon after it opened on a weekday. I wish they sold their macarons are a daily basis because I missed out on my visit. Most of their ciders tasted dry, as opposed to the sweet ciders I typically like though a couple stood out to me — the pear cider, le chene, and the branch & bramble(raspberry cider). $ 8 for a flight of any 4 — always a pretty good deal.

I am a fan of cider so I was very excited to try this place. It’s a pretty small place and it was really crowded but luckily we found a table. I got a flight so I could try a few. All were really good and crisp and refreshing! The atmosphere of the place was great. Very quaint and cozy. I liked how they had games to play for groups. We didn’t play and but saw lots of people taking advantage of the games. I really want to come back for one of their Tuesday pairings(cider and chocolate, cheese, macaroons, or pie).

Cider lovers, rejoice! This is a must visit cideries in Denver. I sampled all the ciders and cant pick any favorites since they were all good! Unfortunately they only sell their ciders in Colorado at the moment.

It’s all about the atmosphere. I love Stem Ciders as a place to simply be on a weekday night. My four stars comes simply because the overall place is comfortable and relaxed with just the right amount of eclectic to make me feel like I could hang out for a few hours. Most recently I came on a Wednesday night at 7:30pm for Geeks who Drink. At times it was hard to hear but because the place isn’t so large I thought it was a better option for the trivia night. They always have a very good food truck outside so you don’t go hungry. As for the cider I am not the biggest fan. Most are on the drier side and very much taste like the apples I find less desirable. Other friends love them, so who am I to judge. They always have about 3 visiting breweries(ciders and kombucha) which makes me happy!

I don’t like beer or alcohol very much in general, so I tend to drink stuff that is sweet so that it doesn’t taste like alcohol. The ciders here are very dry and I didn’t find one that I liked. The ambience is nice and inviting and they’re in a good location, but if you’re looking for sweeter ciders, this isn’t the place for you.

We happened upon this place on a random Tuesday night. They were having a macaron and cider pairing that night, but there was only us and another couple in the whole place. It was a crappy weather night, so maybe that was why. The macaroons were SOOOO good! The cider is really yummy too, and it’s a great change from beer. The guy at the bar(owner???) is super cool, and was really helpful. My husband and I had the pairing, and another glass and played Chinese checkers;) haven’t played that game in quite some time, and I’m glad to say that I still got the skillz. I would definitely go back, and if be curious to check out the vibe when they actually have some people in there. FREEPARKINGINDOWNTOWN, who’d have thought?!

I like this place because their ciders are not crazy sweet. I love the Red zin barrels and the whiskey aged ciders a lot, since I enjoy the smokey flavor of the barrels in the cider itself. They do pairings with food on Tuesdays and all our friends came to enjoy, but we realized the taster of cider($ 8) and the food(which was a couple deviled eggs, a piece of bread and a bacon dipped in chocolate $ 12) was a little to much to fork out $ 20 for the overall tasting. I heard friends say it was delicious but I couldn’t justify that price. They have games, great atmosphere and a ginormous TV. We will go back.

I’m not a huge fan of beer, but I REALLY like Stem Ciders. The drinks don’t taste like beer, but they’re not overly sweet. I especially like Le Chene. It tastes smokey with a caramel and vanilla finish. The joint is quite hipster-y, but I like it. Maybe I’m a hipster.

It’s hard to rate a cider brewery since I am not fond of ciders and don’t think they are on the same level as regular breweries and think ciders are more along the lines of a wine or champagne than a beer but I did like the fact that this was a cider brewery that only served ciders. Place was different, laid back, and some of the ciders were actually really good. I wish the bartender would of taken some time to go over the selection but overall a cool spot to unwind.

I’ve never been a big cider fan but Stem has possibly converted me. I always tried to avoid making a stop at Stem in the past since they were void of anything but ciders. Having been lured on multiple occasions in the past few months, I’ve come to not only enjoy Stems atmosphere, but their cider as well. The outdoor patio is awesome on sunny days and the interior is pretty cozy replete with high tops, games, and even a stage for music on certain nights. Not having a true palate or understanding of ciders, I slowly began to acquire a taste and make the determination that not all ciders are insanely sweet and sugary. There are some pretty dry and unique ciders that they offer beyond the typical sweet that I used to expect. The staff is friendly and is always willing to mix and match in order for me to find the exact cider preference. I still wouldn’t opt for cider as my first choice, but for an all cider establishment, I’m proud to say I’m no longer resistant and actually look forward to a nice cider from Stem every so often.

Nifty place that was packed on a Saturday afternoon. Had a glass of Malice, glass of Branch & Bramble and a glass of regular apple cider. All three were delicious, cold and smooth. They were out of flights so that was disappointing but the regular glasses were worth it in the end.

I really enjoyed stopping by Stem Ciders for a flight. A flight gets you four 2.5 oz pours. I tried the hopped one, raspberry, crabby, and l’acier. All were quite yummy and none were overly sweet. The atmosphere is cool, a kind of industrial meets barn renovated space. Service friendly and informative. Their glasses are so cute & they played great music. Just FYI glasses of cider range between 6 to 8 dollars. A little pricey, I think. I was hopping to get to go to Colorado Cider Company to compare, but they are only opened a couple days a week and closed on Mondays.

The only place in Denver I have been to more than 3 times — Go here if you’re in love with or even on the fence about ciders! It’s no surprise that there is a ton of stuff to do in Denver. I rarely ever trace my steps and usually end up trying new places every weekend. Stem is like«home base» for my fiancé and I. She loves cider and I will pretty much drink/eat anything. Although I’m not picky, I appreciate the finer things(haha) — Stem is the OG cidery in Denver and they’ve got great staff, tangy/crisp/dry ciders, and a fun atmosphere!

Ciders! I love ‘em! This place has a great energy and feel about it, and as of about a week ago when I visited, they were featuring some incredible, bizarre, beautiful art on their walls. They rotate artists, and they feature some seriously talented people. Their ciders are okay! I haven’t found one yet that is 100% my jam, or even 90% my jam. But I like *most* of what I’ve tried. They were down to 3 options last time I was there. Kind of a bummer, but it made choosing one quite easy. Service is always chill and friendly. One of the cidermen there fosters dogs and brings them in to hopefully adopt them out. I nearly walked out of there with a little grey baby. I was so tempted. And oh yeah! Dogs welcome! I don’t have one, but I’ll pet yours until all its hair is gone. Bring it, won’t you? Overall, I like this place! Decent cider, good vibes, good service.

I really want to like Stem Ciders, I do. With all the breweries popping up in the Denver area, a cidery is a brilliant idea. The space is great: indoor area has a mini stage and they have some bands/artists put on an intimate, easy show every now and then. The outdoor space isn’t huge, but you can usually count on at least one food truck being present to serve up some yummy nosh. The bar itself is tiny. It’s got a few seats, but you’re more likely to find a table to post up at. Grab a board game, a flight of cider, and settle in. That said, I am a fan of traditional ciders. I don’t want my cider aged in a bourbon barrel. In fact, I think that ruins it. So… I struggled with all but one cider on the menu. I was super underwhelmed. If you like a whiskey flavored cider… this is the place for you. Otherwise, grab a six pack of cider from your favorite liquor store and you’re set.

I really like ciders: they are refreshing, tangy, and great on a burning hot summer day, or a freezing cold winter evening. I didn’t even know there were cider houses/breweries, didn’t know that was a thing in the states at all. Pleasantly surprised to see it during a brew tour with some friends, and stopped in. Ciders were tasty, nice and cold, and they hit the spot. They were a bit busy, and only had one employee on, which seemed a bit odd for a busy weekend afternoon. Might also seem petty and weird of me, but the furnishings were not very comfortable. We came to hang out and relax, and everyone in my group had the same remark. Comfy the place up a bit, and you have a winner!

I went to Stem last summer, and though I enjoyed the cider, I didnt love the experience. I went back with some friends this weekend and had a great time. I love the music they play(mostly Bluegrass and country), great service, they had games you can play, a food truck, and some great ciders. Try the raspberry cider. its delicious!

Although craft cider is new to me and I don’t know what to look for to be a snob about it, I love everything here. Some are more tart like the crabby neighbor(made with crab apples) and some taste almost like whiskey! It’s refreshing to drink ciders that don’t taste like apple juice. One night I was there, had a cheese pairing going on! My favorite thing about Denver is that every local business pairs with other local businesses to bring us a new experience! But actually, lately I’ve been telling people how awful Denver is so they will STOP moving here! So… Everywhere in Denver is so ugly and basically just like a giant Walmart… pass it on to everyone. But seriously stem, you’re the best.
