The people there are friendly but the product sucks. I have been with them for about a year and have been having problems with the $ 600 + phone. The WiFi keeps coming on automatically and I loose my connection with 4g. They have no idea why. Every couple of months you have to have an update and then the phone works slower and slower. Their improvement makes more work for you even after you figure it out. When this phone is done I will be looking for another carrier.

T-Mobile is literally the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with as a customer. I’m using a pre-paid plan where I get a set amount of texts/minutes each month, and if I use that up, I’m supposed to pay $ 0.1 per text/minute. As it turns out, I’m paying for the texts I receive as well as those I send. This came entirely as a surprise. Also, when the texts were used up, they blocked me from communicating any further. Now, I have re-paid, and nothing happened; I am still not able to use my phone. This is ridiculous, and T-mobile is absolutely the worst company I know of, and I am switching this weekend. I am just now making a Unilocal account because I wanted to vent about this terrible company.

This was the best experience I have had upgrading an account with T-Mobile or anyone else. Sarah K. Was a phenomenal customer service rep. She helped me even after the process when T-Mobile tech had messed something up. She fixed it in 5 seconds when they wanted to open a whole investigation. Truley amazing! I will always come back to her for any cell phone needs.

I can’t believe what I am hearing. I am at work listening to my friend trying to get T-mobile to actually finish the transaction which began on Black Friday when her son bought her a new I– Phone 6 and she attempted to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile’s service in lieu of retaining her old phone number. It is 12÷21÷14 and for some unknown reason they don’t seem to be able complete their end of the bargain. What’s more is the CSR seems to want to blame the customer(my friend) for their error. Where I work, we each bend over backwards to make certain our customer is satisfied through any means at our disposal.

I went to T mobile she asked if my phone was locked before she transferred my # I told her I wasn’t sure, she did it anyways, it was locked so it didn’t work she told me I would have to go to cricket to have them unlock it. I asked if my phone would work in the meantime she said no and there was nothing she could do. I went to two cricket stores finally the second one put in a request to have it unlocked within 72 hrs. This was all after several misleading directions from T mobile customer service. No one ever said go to cricket and make sure they will unlock your phone. If cricket data and cell service were better I would definitely be staying with them because their customer service is definitely better than what I have seen from T mobile.

I’ve had many great experiences @ this T Mob store. I can’t believe how quickly they get me in and out. They are always very friendly and professional. The T Mob biz model is excellent and they are executing with great in store service. Well done!
