The cheesy garlic knots were amazing! I also go a veggie cal-zone to which the veggies were fresh and some crunchy. The marinara i could drink on its own but the cal zone and garlic knots saved me the public embarrassment. Do yourself a favor and grab some grub from this spot!

Great place for delivery! The delivery time is about 45 – 60 minutes. Ordered here a few times and love the pasta selection and pizza! Plus checking in on Unilocal you get free garlic knots. I enjoy the chef’s special: chicken, jalepenos, broccoli, mushrooms, vodka sauce penne is delicious. My friend loves the manicotti and adds sausage. The salads are also a great addition to the order. I also enjoy the pizzas too. Their marinara is always amazing too, esp with the garlic knots.

Pretty decent, the garlic knots are pretty solid. The pizza was really nothing special for the price however. They deliver in the Park Hill neighborhood where my friend lives so we’ve ordered it a few times, but it is a little bit too expensive.

The WORST customer service for the most simple food delivery process. We ordered a pizza, gave the address, paid, and expected dinner to be delivered with 40 mins. Over an hour later we get a call saying the address is out of range and their policy to deliver to us. They neglected to tell us the address was out of the area for their location even though we asked to confirm upon order. The manager proceeded to direct us to another location on alameda and Logan to call and ensured us they would get us our pizza. We called that location and yet again, no delivery to our address and the guy on the phone was extremely unhelpful. We will never be ordering or recommending Garlic Knot again.

While everything was hot, fresh, and tasted good, it was greeeeeeeasy. If they eased up a bit on the grease on all of their food, this place would have gotten another star! But I suppose the grease does help distinguish it from your typical, bland Italian chain. However, the staff was really nice(albeit a little disorganized at first), and the environment is fun and inviting. Not a bad place for a quick pasta bite.

Surprisingly good pizza and garlic knots. Chill atmosphere, friendly staff, plenty of TVs and great for kiddos. Throw in the TVs and happy hour specials and this is a great family spot during Monday Night Football.

Not a fan of their pizza and it is too expensive for what you get. The dough is not crispy enough and their ingredients don’t seem to be the most fresh. Their delivery was fast

We just moved into the neighborhood, about two blocks away. Our first weekend was filled with painting and a plethora of boxes, so pizza was the logical meal choice during a short break. We checked out Unilocal and found the Garlic Knot just a short walk away. We called in and order and asked about specials. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly nice and patient. She listed at least five specials for me, though they were more appropriate for a sit down meal in the restaurant. I didn’t know that was an option! When we arrived about 20 minutes later to pick up our pizza, and the two servers at the cash register were super friendly. Our pizza was passed across the counter with small talk and sincere smiles. All of our interactions with the staff were nothing but positive. As for the pizza, it was baked perfectly. I wouldn’t call it New York style, but it was good enough for us, and we are pizza aficionados! We got the Hawaiian this time around, and it satisfied those moving appetites we had built up. Haven’t tried the tots or the sit down service in the restaurant, but we’ll be back.

This is the ultimate pizza place. And I am a pizza fanatic, so you can take my word on this. I can eat pizza 7 days a week and not get sick of it. And while I am usually receptive of most pizzas, this place is the king of all pizzas. What’s more, my favorite things here aren’t actually pizza although the pizza is stand alone pizza. The thing that I look forward to the most is their Melted Mozzarella Garlic Knots. When I bite into one of these, it’s like I’ve died and gone to heaven for a second. This is what I imagine heaven to be like. The cheese is so flavorful and the texture of the garlic knot is perfectly tender and puffy. Exactly what you’d want in a garlic knot. And they SMOTHER the garlic knots with cheese. The whole top is covered with cheese, just how I prefer it. The second best thing I’ve tried here is the meatballs. Oh my word, they are so yummy. They are soft like butter and soaked in savory marinara sauce. I love these. Have to always get a side order of these with whatever else I get. Now onto the main attraction: the pizza. I have only ever ordered their Neapolitan pizza with pepperoni added to it, so I can’t speak to other toppings. This pizza is perfect. Not too saucy or greasy as some pizzas can be. I like that the crust is thin on this as well. Usually I don’t like crust unless it’s with ranch, and have been known to occasionally discard the crusts of my pizzas… but not this one. The crust is perfectly crisped and has a good flavor on it’s own. This place is 11⁄10 for me. It’s a weekend staple for sure.

Whenever a pizza place claims to be New York style, I get excited. I compare all pizza to my favorite pizza places in PA where I grew up, which all were thin-crust, NY style. Wood-fired with eggs and duck and fig jam and whatnot are fine, but that’s not what I crave when I just want a basic pizza. We got the garlic knots and a white pizza with ricotta, tomato, garlic, and spinach. While not comparable to my faves on the East coast, this was pretty tasty. The crust had a good chew and mouthfeel. The marinara was well-balanced. Our pie was not greasy. This was pretty solid. We will go back.

I can’t come to a place this often and not give it 5 stars. Lunch specials are still awesome, and the check-in offer puts it over the top. Would be a little piece of heaven if they could add green olives as a topping, but that aside it’s still the best lunch spot in the area.

I picked up a pizza and some garlic knots as carryout. The pizza is New York style — super greasy, but delicious. The garlic knots were fantastic! I felt a bit sick to my stomach for a few hours after eating the greasy pizza, but otherwise it was very enjoyable.

This review is only on food & delivery. I haven’t been to the actual restaurant. Salad is fresh and not overly dressed or soggy. They know what they are doing. Garlic knots are bomb, dipping sauce is the bomb. My only two complaints are 1. I had to call multiple times to get through to place an order for delivery and second the pizza crust was also a little soggy and limp in the middle.

Fun pizza and pasta restaurant close to home. They offer sit down and take out service. The salads, pizza and pasta are all decent. The pizza(gluten free also available!) comes with many different options. It does get a bit expensive when you order a large. The server on our last visit was excellent. He appeared to be the only server yet took care of everyone well refilling drinks and making sure food was brought promptly and answering all of our questions. A perk for those with a sweet tooth like me is $ 1.99 ice cream sundae where you get a scoop(more like two) of six different flavors and then have a choice of multiple toppings.

We needed a solid restaurant over here! If you could order online(coming soon?) I’d give them five stars. Totally decent pizza. The knots are delicious. The BBQ sauce is just right. Welcome to the neighborhood, Garlic Knot! FYI — If you do the trivia of the day at the register you can get free garlic knots.

A great spot for takeout! Always friendly and quick service. The pizza is great and the garlic knots are wonderful– they’re soft in the middle but crunchy on the outside.

The Garlic Knot is an easy delivery choice for our family on a night when our toddler just wants a plain old cheese pizza. The pies come in a variety of sizes, but no matter the size the pieces you get are kind of a NY style thickness and style. It’s fast and affordable and friendly, all of which is helpful for nights when I don’t have the energy to cook or I have a very specific request(demand?) for pizza for dinner. I haven’t ever been into the actual restaurant as we only deal in delivery here. However, they do have a kid’s menu and lots of options other than pizza if you’d prefer calzones, subs, pasta, or wings. And for those folks that are fans of garlic knots they have those as well as cinnamon knots, as they should based on their name, yeah? If you are looking for a quick delivery The Garlic Knot is a good option!

I have to thank Aaron W. and Peter M. for telling me about this place. Despite years of patronage to the king sooper’s across the street(and sometimes the Safeway if i’m feeling bold) I’ve never really been east of Krameria to check out the shops on the other side. The interior is very clean and the staff are helpful both up front and if you have a server. The garlic knots are very good compared to other places I’ve tried that serve them; most notably SliceWorks comes to mind. It’s not just one dense ball of dough — you have a mini croissant that pulls apart nicely and dips well into the garlic marinara sauce. Would get these again. The pizza is very solid and the lunch special makes it a very good value. I would say it compares more than favorably to the local competition. This pizza is better than the big chains and I this would be at the top of my short list of local places I’d consider when in the mood. Arches, which is one block away is more expensive(significantly) and not as good IMO. Come here if you like pizza. Come here if you like lunch. Come here to support local businesses in the mayfair area.

OK, so as far as pizza joints go, I am a big fan of this place. There are a few key things that sets this place apart from their competition… First, the management and staff are legitimately interested in making your visit the best it can be. Second, the place is immaculately well maintained. Third, the pizza and calzones are exceptional for the price. If you want a cost effective way to sample their food, they have a great ‘two slices and a drink’ special for $ 5 and change…
