Had great fun and food at ThinkFun’s Indoor Grilling with Spice Rubs event at the Savory Spice Shop at Lowry. We had superb instruction on how to blend herbs and spices to make rubs for different types of meats, fish and vegetables, and then got to try our hand at making our own rubs and grilling the meats and vegetables of our choice. Later we enjoyed the fruits of our labors with some wine while we shopped the extensive selection of the Savory shop for ingredients to take home for our new personal rub recipe. This is the second event I’ve attended with ThinkFun and both have have been a great time with good people.
