Well, I guess you get what you pay for. I’m pretty sure I got someone else’s food that they changed their mind, because it was cold. I’m so used to going through that drive thru, and just park and rat in the parking lot. Lol well, even from that moment, it was room temp cold. But I as hungry and ate it anyways. Gross. However, the guy in the drive thru was nice and polite and actually looked me in the eyes. I didn’t receive a receipt though when I need that for my taxes. Oh well.

So the sandwiches where at least made right I’m guessing only reason why it was at least warn was because they where busy? But they know they have a school across the street they should prepare for rush hours well they don’t. The condiment stand was a mess an employee was screaming at someone over the counter to hurry up. I’m guessing their cashier can’t multi tasking had to listen to the manager complain about not going out when she was facing new she could if told her to help me while she kept talking. I’m not just complaining to complain I’ve worked at 2 Wendy’s before I know how to do my job if the store is a mess but they are short staff is totally different but 3 – 4 people standing around just talking. Unacceptable.

This place is horrible. The staff are rude the food is cold and tastes like it has been sitting out for hours. And don’t bother to call and complain about it because they won’t do anything about it!

This Wendy’s is not pleasant to say the least. Food is either stale or you have to wait over five minutes(everyone knows that’s not cool), no matter what time you go. And the employees lack in their customer service skills.

This Wendy’s has only gone down hill in the last year. The employees are obviously unhappy and not well trained in how to make customers feel comfortable with the people with whom they are paying money to prepare food for them and their family. No eye contact, no total before the window, and I’ve felt rushed the last few times I’ve resorted to going back(even though there was no one in front of us or behind us). I was asked how I was doing in the typical mundane manner of drive through service, so asked the big red and yellow box how they were doing in return… The response I got back was waaaay too honest! It made me want to leave immediately! I still fear what was in my chilli to make it slightly more watered down… Also– shame on every Wendy’s for eliminating the double stack from the menu! I, as well as a few friends in the area, used to rate this Wendy’s the best. What Happened??? It’s still Wendy’s though… I personally think the spicy chicken wrap is the best value on the menu at this point. It’s just as good of quality meat as the spicy chicken sandwich, but only $ 1.59 as well as being almost the same sized patty. So, still Wendy’s, but man… don’t expect friendly or happy employees at this location.
