Do not go to this Wendy’s location! This place is the worst! Terrible management and terrible customer service! Not to mention the cold food that should be «warm»! Travel to the next Wendy’s location. The Wendy’s at 4964 North Federal Blvd. should do everyone a favor and close down. I wish Unilocal had negative stars! This particular location does not even deserve one star! Clear the space for a different restaurant!

Dear Wendy’s, This store needs help asap. I haven’t even ordered yet… The lady at the order microphone just said«hello?». 20 minutes to order and three people ahead of me when I pulled up… We both drove off. I’ll just go to Good Times across the street. They’re better anyway.

Just a quick drive thru visit for me. I ordered 2 burgers and a spicy chicken salad. This is fast food so, I’m not expecting an amazing meal or amazing service. The drive thru was fast and packed all the items and had the correct packaging, meaning my salad had a fork packed with it and 2 dressing packages and plenty of napkins. This isn’t rocket science but most of the time the drive thru misses stuff. The salad and burgers were good for fast food.

Why don’t you just close this store so we can have a peace of mind? Your place is dirty, your food is no-good and over priced. Your staffs are untrained. How could you possibly serve descent customers for this? Tell me.

Older, cold fries on each occasion and my last sand which had old, wilted lettuce. I don’t expect much from fast food but this one is worse than most.

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a while but today was pretty good for fast food. One thing get rid of the sweet pickles I about puked when I bit into it.

Nasty, dirty place. If I could give it zero stars I would. The Mr and I will not visit this location again after being delivered an uncooked, nasty looking, smelling«grilled» chicken sandwich through the drive-thru. Nothing like getting drive-thru home and finding that. We complained to Wendy’s and never heard a word back from the company. Their lack of concern speaks volumes for their food safety. Come to think of it — I havent been to any other Wendy’s since. Just gross.

I do enjoy Wendy’s 99¢ chicken sandwiches. The price is right. And, the piece of lettuce was crisp and a decent size. This Wendy’s needs some refurbishing. It is slightly run down. Just looks tired.

Even when I’m just stopping in for a quick ‘value’ lunch between meetings and work, my order should not reflect the effort put into making my sandwich. I opened up my Crispy Chicken Sandwich to add BBQ sauce(which cost me an ADDITIONAL35 cents) and found a very sad strip of lettuce. This was not a value and turned me off from Wendy’s yet again. Not just THIS location, but all of them. I understand people are not going to write glowing reviews about fast food, so you the reader get to read about the dissappointments, not the good. I’m sure Wendy’s will never read this, but I’m going to write it anyway. For these bad experiences is the reason why ‘foodies’ and the experienced dinners go elsewhere for GOOD food. You, the fast food restaurant, do it to yourselves. To the Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King’s and Pizza Hut’s out there, stop cutting corners! Stop screwing up our orders! Hire people that can go thier job, even if it is only making a single 99 cent sandwich. Because you know what? Even your 99 cent sandwich reflects on how you do business and how others percieve it. From what I continue to experience from the ‘big’ fast food restaurants listed above are all the same: slow service, wrong orders and less English speaking employees. That is why I’m not your true customer any more. Keep up the wonderful work you CEOs out there! Job well done!
