There was literally nobody in the store when I arrived and it took 10 minutes to make my cold sandwich. It tastes fine but it should never take 10 minutes to make a cold sandwich. Didn’t help that an employee was looking at my unfinished sandwich texting right in front of me. Terrible service.

Extremely slow staff. Only one other person in line and took 23 minutes to get my sandwich.

By far my favorite to-go spot when I’m working at the convention center. It can get congested when there’s multiple or large events going around that area but in my situation, staff is always friendly, ready and on point. Ingredients are fresh and I love their variety and order system.

I ordered a BLT. I got bread, bacon and tomato :(Not sure they understood what the«L» stood for).

I wanted to take a moment to update my review based on my last experience. I work close to this location and wanted to buy sandwiches for my staff last minute. The catering coordinator(didn’t get her name) was extremely helpful and accommodating! The order was taken, made quickly and tasted great.

Ok it’s fast food, but the customer service and freindly attitudes of employees surpass any five star restuarant. True its best to wait till after the rush, but if you are stuck at the convention center there is no better place to go to get in and get out and the sandwiches are pretty good. I give it four stars cause its not the best, but its still great to come in and get a nice sandwich and smile.

Came here from the convention center because they had nothing good for lunch. Go the Which wich special sandwich. However it was extremely confusing to order if you are not a regular. Get get a bag off the wall based on the type of sandwich you want. You then check off items on the bag as to what you want on the sandwich. I check off chips thinking it was a side, but it was put in the sandwich. Then you wait forever for your sandwich. A fancy Subway is my take on the place, however, I enjoyed my sandwich — which was(I am sure) much better than in the convention center.

Zach dude took good care of making our food. He was in sandwich zone it was kind of amusing to watch. Yum.

Just ordered a PB&J «project» before my train came. I had to dash as I saw the train coming as the sandwich was being made. I said that’s ok I gotta go(train was a bit early). Juanan ran out as I was jumping on the train with my sandwich in hand –wow! That’s service. THANKYOU

Cool concept ordering but disappointed in quality of ingredients. Expected more of the founder. Tuna was not quality grade and roast beef was like Arby’s.

Went around 4pm and the place was very empty which is good because it sounds like it gets packed at lunch. The person that was working the register was very friendly and so was the person that made my milkshake. The reason for only 3 stars is that the person that made my sandwich came in from outside(where I think she was smoking but not sure) and went directly to making my sandwich. She DID put on gloves but I am used to people washing their hands before preparing my food. Overall I did this place and it is super easy to get to on the LR.

I went in for a late lunch today, and accidentally checked the box next to olives(which I can’t stand) and the sandwich came out loaded with them. So I was sitting for awhile pulling them off, when a lady(the manager is my guess) came out and asked me if I was okay with my sandwich. I explained and she offered me a free small replacement, even though the mistake was my fault. Wow! Other than that, there were 3 employees, and my boyfriend and I were the only customers in the place, yet our sandwiches still took about 10 minutes to come out. The food is pricey, but all Which-Wich’s are. The sandwiches were well-made, the atmosphere is fun, and the super nice manager push this place to a five-star for me.

I placed an online order with Which Wich today. We got there early, and the last of six sandwiches was being made. The man behind the counter was really nice and friendly, and our order was perfect! Online ordering was a breeze, we got service with a smile(and some nice conversation), and the food was good! We’ll be back.

Either I am missing something or this location is very new to Unilocal… if not, then I am pretty excited to be the first one to let you all know about it! Interesting, this concept, it is kind of like Subway but less interaction. As a people person, I am not sure how I feel about it, however, I recently moved down here and I have yet to find a Subway. I am a big fan of the tomato and avocado sandwich, I usually don’t vary too far off this path. Because you have the ability to choose all of your own ingredients and a plethora of different category options, they just might have Subway beat. I like the breadless option with the lettuce wrap, certainly see that being a staple for me on my walk home in the evenings. Friendly staff, not very talkative though. Whether it be me or the crew at my old local Subway, I do miss the interaction. This location has yet to be busy when I walk in(usually between 6 – 7:00 pm) which is nice. Due to its proximity to the Convention Center(right next door!), I can imagine lunchtime is a hopping time for this place.
