Horrible customer service I recently called this firm for advice on a possible lawsuit I’m considering due to a used car dealer selling me a «lemon». Some guy answers the phone«law…» I can’t understand him or think I missed what he said… I ask him to say again. He immediately get annoyed and says it again, but he is speaking so fast I ask him is this Wynkoop? His reply… «yes… this is law what do you want?!! «I’m already turned off by this guy’s crappy demeanor and poor customer service. So, I briefly explain my situation, and you can feel and hear the annoyance and condescending personality of this guy. After less than 30 seconds he tells me «you don’t have a case.» I say… you know this from less than 30 seconds… «Yup!» is his reply. This guy was a total«D bag». That’s their first impression for a potential client… how do you think this firm will treat you if they can’t even be courteous on a first phone call. Don’t even bother with this place. Just shows they don’t really give a damn if that is how the treat a potential customer.
