Our service was fine; the waiter friendly. Excellent Caesar salad and main dish of blackened shrimp and chicken. Good portion sizes. Will return.

Very good Caesar salad and a their new steak entrée was good as well. Our service was excellent as well!

Had Danette as a server. Very bad attitude horrible customer service. Will not be returning back to this location. If you don’t like your job then quit don’t make everyone else miserable because you are.

My co-​workers and I come here once a month all together and I occasionally come with my friends once a week. When my 7 or so coworkers and I go out, we get the same waitress who is very rude to us. She gets mad when she sees all of us come in, take 10+ to get drinks then our food takes even longer. She maybe comes back to our table one time if that. I love the atmosphere and the food but the service isn’t so good.

Perhaps the worst meal I’ve eaten in many years. The positive… the pretzel sticks were great, a nice appetizer. However, the potstickers were overcooked and dry. Now to dinner. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger, medium rare. They call it «pink». It was grey and greasy and served on an untoasted bun. Who does that? On a ten scale for presentation, almost a 1. I asked the server to take it away. I declined the offer to replace it. The onion rings were overdone and salty. My wife ordered the crispy shrimp. Again, overcooked and salty. Hey Applebee’s, this isn’t going well! The «craft beer» list is largely national brands. Two locals were available. The Big Ditch IPA was the highlight of the night. Southern Tier, EBC, Hamburg Brewing… not available. When we pulled in at 7 on a Friday, the parking lot was half full. I should have heeded the warning. I travel often and hit chains as the are generally consistent and pretty good. Not so at this Applebee’s. While the remodeled interior in nice, the food was a disappointment. I’ll dine elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! We waited ten minutes for absolutely nothing!!! We got sat then someone got sat next to us they got greeted by a server before we did??? That is not OK!!! We walked out! Then we give it another try a couple months later even worse waited again food was terrible got sick that night from it!!! Server seemed mad she had to wait on us excuse me? I really don’t know how this place is still open with terrible customer service n terrible food

The food was delicious as it is at any applebees, my company and I decided to order the car side to go, and they had all of our meals ready in about a half hour which was great. However, when we went to pick it up, the woman we dealt with, middle age, blonde, short, was so extremely rude. she threw the food at us and when I kindly thanked her, she stormed off. This was the second time I have personally dealt with her and she was so rude.

Great service went here for Sunday lunch. The food was quick no wait time. Our server Rob was really professional. A must try is the pot stickers

Apple B’s should change its name to Apple F’s because it scores an F across the board.
The old lady I deliver stuff to has awful taste in food. She has recently ordered from Applebees twice. I tried the one in Clarence and this one, and both times it was utterly beyond atrocious.
Problems were similar with each order.
(1) Nobody comes outside for the drive-​up service, you want 5 – 10 mins then give up and go inside.
(2) Your food is just sitting there for 15 mins before they say it will be ready, nobody knows where it is, they take 5 mins to look for it even though it’s right in front of you, it’s stone cold by the time you’re handed it.
(3) The prices are OBSCENE, they used to be cheap and awful, now they are overpriced and awful. TWENTY SEVEN DOLLARS for a rib dinner for the old lady.
(4) The rib meat tasted squidgy and microwaved and over processed like a $ 1 Banquet frozen dinner. EXACTLY like that actually.
(5) The sides were just okay. And cold.
(6) There was hardly any meat for TWENTY SEVEN DOLLARS (paid extra for extra meat, god help anyone that is hungry and gets the regular portion).
(7) Most of the meat was bone.
(8) I gave the server (who scr**** me over) $ 28. She owed me nearly a dollar in change. She said «thanks» and disappeared. I guess she decided she was getting a 90 cent tip but didn’t think to ask first.
(9) Every table was full, every spot in the parking lot was filled, and there was a wait time.
I don’t get it.
WHY, AMERICA? WHY?
I was at Seoul Garden the other night. Best Korean food imaginable for $ 7, filled me up for 2 meals. I stayed for about 1 hour 10 mins. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, nobody ever came in.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD.

Applebee’s is ok. Nothing special for me. In fact I’m not a chain joint person at all. I came in here on a whim just for a quick in and out lunch and that’s exactly what I got.
The food is what it’s expected to be for a chain… ok. The prices are reasonable and the portions are adequate. But hey enough said about Applebee’s I’m sure most people have popped in one a time or two along the way and this like other locations isn’t much different other than the service you get. This site? Service? It’s not that bad…

Ate lunch there today. About a five minute wait, as they weren’t too busy. The food was decent, and the service was good. Only problem was, the place wasn’t clean. Requested a booth and got one no problem, however it was dirty. The table wasn’t wiped down, and neither were the menus. There was a stray hair in the utensil napkin. Looking around at other tables, they didn’t look great either. Made lunch much less enjoyable. Would’ve given it more stars, but the left over filth from other people killed it.

On Veterans day my group of ten Viet Nam Vets came here for our free Veterans meal. We walked in at about 1pm and were immediately seated. The Vets menu was ten different items. I choose the Bacon Cheese Burger. Everybody thought that the service and quality of food was great! And a good time was had by all!

Review on food mostly. Ordered 2 for 20 with the girlfriend and boy were we taken by surprise! I ordered the 9oz steak and she got the chicken fingers, as an app we got a full serving of boneless chx wings which were perfect (came out sizzling). The steak was a perfect medium and the seasoning in it was absolutely perfect and not overpowering! I had the choice of 2 sides which I chose mashed potato and backed potato with sour crème. Let me tell you the baked potatoes are massive! I actually was unable to eat all of my food which is extremely rare. Only reason lost a star was because the seats we had were next to a window and we had a bad cold breeze coming in, so we had to eat with our jackets on.

So we went there last Thursday evening, around 9pm. Not overly busy or short staffed. Wife orders a «Skinny Margarita» & I order a pint of beer and we place our food order at the same time. Our drinks show up approx 20mins later and wife takes a sip of her and it’s really bitter with a horrible aftertaste. I manage to flag down our server and explain this to her. No problem brings wife a Sangria instead. A while later, our food finally arrives, it’s been about 45mins now since we placed our order. Wife ordered the «Berry Spinach Salad». Apparently they forgot the grilled chicken. We pointed this out to our server and she walked away and came back with a small bowl of grilled chicken strips and a knife and gave it to my wife and walked away. I guess you have to make your own salad here. I then decided to take a closer look at my Bourbon Bleu Burger and noticed that they forgot the «Bleu»…no «crumbled Bleu cheese» to be found. Since we had already been there for over an hour, we finished our food and drinks and asked for our check. The check arrives and wife is charged for the «Skinny Margarita» that she didn’t drink. Server apologizes and said she would remove both of wife’s drinks from the bill and goes away. A while later she returns and apologizes again and says that they can only remove the first drink from the bill and that the reason for her delays getting to us we’re because she had to «help out in the kitchen» even though we clearly saw her talking to people at other tables. And so, 2 hours after we arrived, we finally left, my wallet $ 37 lighter and me being still hungry. The food was DEFINITELY NOT worth $ 37, the quality was ok, service lousy. Also, bring a sweater or jacket, it’s cold in this place. I did call the manager and he did apologize and offered me a $ 40 credit «on their books» ’cause he wanted a chance to make our next «experience» better. For now, 2 stars. Perhaps more after our next «experience»…

Not much differs among Applebee’s locations but this location’s unobstructed view of a modified oval bar — 2 inches shorter in height than most — adds an inviting and open atmosphere to the restaurant.
I sampled the Cabernet Mushroom (7 oz) Steak and was pleased with the temperature — medium rare — and the taste. The cut of meat was a little stringy but overall was tasty. With broccoli cooked in butter and rosemary potatoes it was priced well at $ 12.99.
I was seated quickly and service was fast — my meal arrived within 9 minutes.
Scanning the diners everyone seemed content with staff buzzing efficiently from the kitchen to the tables. This is a better version of most Applebee locations.

Applebees gets four stars for making me wait for 45 minutes for a seat.
Yes, the food is that good. Reasonably priced, this place is always standing room only. New on the menu is make up your preferred steak plate where you pick the steak and how it’s seasoned and which sides. I opted for the nachos nuevos which were described, strangely enough, as nachos, smothered in love. Translation= cheese, peppers, chili, pico, tomatoes, sour cream.
Also new on the table menu are five shot glass desserts for $ 1.99. I had the chocolate mousse, which was not the moussiest mousse but a decent ending. Just enough dessert (A triple shotglass) after a meal to not overstuff you.
