If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered 2 hard shell tacos without lettuce and they served me two hard shells with 1 teaspoon of meat and cheese in each. 90% of the shell was empty. Manager offered to replace my tacos and make them right on a next visit. I’d hope so. Whoever thinks this is acceptable should be fired.

This is a KFC/​TacoBell. For the best experience use the drive thru, this way you won’t be distracted by the mess and confusion. This Resturant could be a great store if only the training and time is done for the staff. If this continues it show the only result possible, a empty store front.

Lancaster, NY
Worst tacobell around, went to the drive thru. There wasn’t a line at all, took them 15 mins to bring the food to the window, then forgot part of the order so I waited at the window just to be ignored. Finally got their attention, got everything and left to go home. The syrup must have run out of the baja blast so I had carbonated water. Got home to enjoy the meal 5 mins later everything was soggy and gross, you could tell nobody put effort into making them such as sour cream on only one side of the taco and everything looked like it got wrapped up by a blind person with no arms. They should call it swampo bell because the tacos look like a swampy soggy mess. If you want tacos go to moes next door.
