Depew One Stop

For the price and convenience, this is my go-​to place for a lot of things between gas, car wash, and treats!
Gas is usually pretty close or the same price as to Delta Sonic on Walden and you can get in here without feeling like you are going to get run into/​over/​parked in at the pump for 20 minutes. I just saw that they put in brand new gas pumps last week, too. You can now buy a wash at the pump and they offer a 5 cent gas discount (used to have to go inside for that). No extra charge for using a credit card vs. cash either, hooray!
They have an attendant-​manned conveyor auto wash with hand dry/​spraying down your car like Delta Sonic. I have been neglecting getting my car washed, so it was looking pretty rough. Though I must say my car looked a lot better than the same sort of wash at DS.
They have the different levels of wash, including coming back in 5 days for a second wash, .I got a tire dressing, Rain-​X, etc for a great price. I believe the highest level wash was $ 13.99, but they offer a basic $ 4.99 one too. The guys really scrubbed and sprayed down my car before going in as it looked like a bit of a bug graveyard.
The attendant spent about twice as much time with the hand dry compared to other places, including getting more bugs off the front. Both of them working were super friendly and not in such a hurry to get the next customer or take a break. The «dryer» also confirmed with me the latest date I could come get my second wash and that after that up to 10 days, I could get half off instead. I just came back today for my return wash and they scrubbed, sprayed, and soaked off any more dirt and critters that were on there. My car looks great!
I have gotten things like last minute lotto tickets or a pop inside and had no issues. There are vacuums and air pumps as well. Relatively easy to get in and out of on the corner of Borden and Broadway.
They have a side window though in the summer for soft serve custard (Upstate Farms) and it is SO good and relatively cheap. Cones are Kiddie: $ 2.00, Small $ 2.25, and Large $ 2.50 They have many cone dip flavors, waffle cones, sprinkles, etc for only 50 cents more, and also do sundaes, shakes, «flurries», and Slush Puppies. So good!
