.The customer service was great. The mac and cheese tasted like box mac and cheese. For a restaurant to not carry Splenda or sweet and low is crazy. The chicken was real salty.

KFC stands for Kenny Fried Chicken, as in Kenny from South Park, because if you want to know what really killed Kenny, it was eating this saturated-fat-laden salt-fest. Yes it tastes good but that’s not the point. It scores a 1⁄5 for three reasons. Firstly it’s a chain, and I can’t stand corporate chains, I pretty much only eat at local family places and they taste better anyway. Secondly, it’s WAY overpriced, like, off the charts through the roof insane overpricing. Thirdly, this particular location, I had to pick up some KFC for a friend, and no sooner had I picked it up, then before dropping it off I checked on it, and they got the order wrong(white instead of dark meat) despite charging me a fortune, and also the sides were cold(cold mashed potato, cold biscuit, cold mac and cheese, whatever… the coleslaw was warmer than the mash!), but I didn’t go all the way back. Hopefully the old lady that likes KFC didn’t notice the mistakes. Anyway, really bad show from these guys.

Dear KFC, what happened to the quality food I used to eat at your restaurant when I was younger? My memories of KFC were my family going out to eat for a yummy meal that did not taste like fast food. KFCs all around have turned into something dare I say worse than fast food. Everything is warm(not hot), has been made in bulk and sitting around way too long(even though I came here at 11:30 hoping to avoid this), and over priced for the fact that it made me want to throw up afterward. This rating is not only for this KFC but for all KFCs as of lately. Please bring back your quality, people do not mind waiting 5 minutes for their food, like we used to have to do here in the 90’s, because the food was hot and yummy. Your chicken recipe is only good when it hasn’t been sitting around forever, general rule for any food.
