Had the Buffalo wings here last night, and as I would expect, they were very very good.
First, I have to rant. I absolutely HATE the way that wing prices have sky rocketed in the past 10 years. When I was in college nightly wing specials were about 10 – 20 cents per wing. Nowadays it’s 10 bucks for 10 wings, you want blue cheese and celery it’s extra. You add a beer and all of a sudden it’s the price of a full meal. Very sad what it’s become.
Having said that, this place was GREAT. The wings were cooked perfectly, just a little crunchy. The sauce was just as hot as I wanted but not too hot, AND celery, carrots, and blue cheese were included!!! This place did not let me down at all. The blue berry beer I had was also delicious and refreshing. The service was good, fun atmosphere, I would like to eat here again before I leave BUF.

We arrived at 7:10 pm placed orders ASAP but by 7:25 still no water or drink on table. Not that busy on a Tuesday evening that would cause such a delay. Lauren (waitress) seemed a bit frazzled. By 7:45 still no food and all I ordered was wings and fries.
Food finally came. Ordered the BBQ wings and fries with cheese. Good was pretty good but not at all the best wings ever. Regular wings. Not sure why the hoopla. Have had better wings in New Orleans and Tennessee.

Well, I always love the ambiance, the décor could use some work though. The sauce is amazing, always amazing. The chicken wings are awesome, the quality of meat is unparalleled to other places. I am mad that I went out to dinner with Rob Ryan because he ate my meal and then ate the whole place, so they were out of food for about two weeks. Other than that I love this place.

Great wings cold beer… didn’t try anything else, but for wings they know what they’re doing. Like the ambiance of the original location… This one feels like an ihop… would’ve been 5stars but bartender had a stick up her a** and could’ve been more friendly. She was nice to her regulars…

We had heard this was a great place for wings but after eating there, it was very disappointing. The wings were overpriced, they only give you 10 instead of 12. We have never been to a place where they don’t give you a dozen wings. I had the fish sandwich which was good and the service was decent. The wings did not have alot of flavor and were not that meaty.

Driving through buffalo we decided it was only appropriate to get buffalo wings… but meeeeeehhhh. Lacking from the sticky table to the sticky wings :/​I just wasn’t into it and the place wasn’t very clean. Service was ok. Had to ask twice for the check so I could hit the road!

This is my 2nd fav duffs in the area. I like the OP one more mainly because they taco nachos which are out of this world. The wings/​fingers here are always good. The only thing is the sauce is never prepared the same. I usually get Medium Light and its never consistent in hotness — some days its hotter than other. But either way, good wings!

In the Buffalo Wing War «Duff’s» wins hands (ummm…wing) down! The sauce is what makes the difference! it’s the perfect balance of spice with not too much butter. The service at this location was friendly and efficient… and my son was THRILLED when he was able to order his wings all of the two bone variety.
My «Southwest Chicken Salad» (nope…I’m not a wing eater) was big enough for two. It was an overabundance of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, cheddar cheese, and tortilla chips topped with a choice of crispy or grilled chicken and served with a side of southwest ranch dressing. I had my chicken crispy and asked for it to be shaken in hot wing sauce. The balance of spicy chicken and cold salad and creamy dressing was perfect.

Sometimes in Buffalo, you just have a craving for wings with fries and a pitcher of beer. That craving usually kicks in during a Bills or Sabres game… but is overwhelming when the Bills and Sabres play at the exact same time! That’s why this location of Duff’s is perfect when you have that problem. The Dick Road location is bigger than the other locations and has plenty of TVs to watch the games. I honestly couldn’t tell you what else is on the menu besides the wings, beer, and fries because that’s all that is important. Just flip right to the middle of the menu near the bottom and you’ll be all set for the night. Don’t forget to order your wings extra crispy!

I’ve been hearing about Duff’s wings for a long time. Being from Western NY I love a good wing. Having lived all over North America I’ve discovered a «Good wing» is not as easy as it sounds. Well we definitely have a winner here. The wings were damn near perfectly cooked. The sauce was excellent.
I love heat but I ordered the Medium Hot because the menu labeled it as «very hot». I was disappointed I didn’t go for the Hot as the medium hot was closer to medium for me anyway.
This is clearly a tourist destination and you’re going to be paying tourist destination prices which is the only downfall of this perfect wing joint.

From the outside, this looks like a bit of a dive bar, but don’t be fooled. Inside is a brightly lit, family friendly sports bar, with some of the best wings you’ll ever get. My Buffalo friends told me to go to Duffs for the authentic chicken wing experience, and I wasn’t disappointed. These are big and juicy, fried to the perfect crispness. As others mention, this location wasn’t very crowded, even during Monday night football, so it’s easy to get your wing fix whenever you get a craving.

Ok, so my first time in Buffalo and I have about 12hrs to kill. So what’s a guy from Ca to do? That’s right, gotta try wings at the home city these were born.
I hear Anchor Bar is the original, but after reading Unilocal reviews I had to give Duff’s a try. I got 5 medium and 5 medium hot. I can handle pretty hot foods and didn’t find the medium hot all that hot. Although I guess if you’re not used to spicy the medium could still be hot for you. The wings were nice and crispy and so are the fries.
I’m certainly no buffalo wing aficionados but these were pretty good. The place itself is nothing special but is clean and service was good.

I got wings when I was super hungover. Ate 1. Didn’t think they were very good. You may be thinking, «you were hungover, nothing counts when you can’t even think straight,» but this is not the case. I had them again another time and I was still kind of disappointed. I don’t really get the Duffs hype. Maybe I’m just picky, but I was less than impressed. Beer is always good though, can’t mess that up. Cheers.

I’ve been to Duffs before, but this was my first time at this location.
Our server was friendly and seemed happy to be there, which was very refreshing!
There were 5 of us all together and we ordered 40 wings, french fries, and nachos. The wings, of course, were on point, as they always are. The fries and nachos were awesome as well. Total, our bill came to around $ 55 before the tip, which I think is a great price considering all 5 of us left stuffed and satisfied.

Wings were not too shabby, nice selection of beer, and the pizza logs (pizza egg rolls) were delish. They also have a relationship with the Bills and lots of apparell for purchase! Definitely a great place to meet up with friends.
