My go to liquor store in Lancaster. So convenient, next to Tops, so get food and beer at Tops, then hit T&C for wine and spirits. Always friendly and helpful staff.

This liquor store is quite hidden and you definitely wouldn’t notice it if you were just driving down Broadway. It is tucked back, all the way on the far right, in the Tops Plaza.
I normally would not go here, or go out of my way to go here, but I was driving down Transit heading home, and when I «yelped» liquor stores within my current location, this happened to be the closest one.
I bought a bottle of wine and sake. They didn’t have a large sake selection, but they did have 3 different kinds, and the owner/​employee was very friendly and helpful.
(I haven’t tried the sake yet, so I can’t say if it is worth going back to buy).

My first experience with a private liquor store in my new hood! I just moved into my Lancaster apartment from Toronto, a.k.a. the capital of Big Government Booze Land.
The best thing about T&C is the big rack of local WNY wines right inside the front door. Take your pick. My favourite is the Sweet Walter Rose from Bully Hill. It’s less than $ 10 for a 750ml bottle. If you want something less classy you can get an Arbor Mist cooler for about four bucks. Towards the back are all the harder liquors. Great location, easy to find, good prices.
Hint: if you want beer instead of wine or spirits, go to the drugstore or the supermarket. There’s a Tops next door.

Quick glance at the clock… just about right on time.
Oh no! What about a gift?
Liquor is always a safe bet. Well, most of the time. In this case, it was.
Thank goodness for the visible «LIQUOR STORE» signage visible to Broadway Ave. as I was headed southbound. I left-​turned into the plaza, headed towards the wayyyyyyyyy back and was delighted to be able to run in for a quick purchase.
Time to party!!!
