Basing my review on my 2 late night visits, I’m very happy with this place. Both times the staff have been great, from the bouncers to the bartenders, and also the owner. They offer a bus service, and won’t get you a ticket for being smart enough to leave your car after too many drinks. It’s a large space for dancing and socializing, and the bathroom is clean compared to a lot of local bars.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here on November 11th… We couldn’t have asked for a better venue! From start to finish the service, food, bar-tending was beyond our expectations. .Most think that the Cove is only a themed, party bar/restaurant .Many of our guests were in awe of the beautiful banquet facilities which boast a brides room, separate bathroom facilities /coat room as well as several locations for great photos. Brian provided professional assistance on the entire event, his suggestions and knowledge of the business made our wedding a truly memorable day. The staff(a special thank you to Tina, Jay, Lisa) were friendly, helpful… so much so that if they weren’t working so hard, we would have love to have them as guests! Food was amazing(the prime rib-chicken combo)…as we were told by numerous people. Our party continued right into the bar area where we enjoyed the live band and continued fun. If you are looking for a place to host a wedding reception, Holiday party etc… The Cove is definitely a place to consider for any party you may have in your future! Thank you all so much! I recently visited the cove last Friday for their Halloween party. It was packed, i got there are about 10:30 and the place was already full of men and women sporting their awesome Halloween costumes! It was raining so i rushed from the back of the lot where i had to park to the entrance to avoid getting rained on. All of the doors were open and a man told myself along with 3 other people to go through the one specific door. As i was trying to walk through i was stopped by another mad telling me i couldn’t go through that door and oi had once again go outside and walk into the other door. The man that originally told me to go into that door certainly worked there and apologized as i walked into the correct door. My ID was handed to a man and scanned, there was another man with wristbands ahead and a woman next to him at a tall table taking money. Now let me start by saying that vi already knew there was a 10 dollar entry fee, my mother had told me(i was meeting her) and i read online that half of the cover was going to a local charity. I walked forward shuffling in my handbag for my 10 dollar bill for the woman as the man was putting my wristband band on, I reached over and tried to hand the woman my money and she could not have been any more rude to me. The money was directly in her reaching distance, i wasn’t standing across from her, i was next to her since the other guy was putting the band on my arm, she asked me to stop back and stand in front of her and give her the money. Now i know this sound silly but it bothered me, the tone in her voice was awful and she could not have had a dirtier look on her face. I was dressed extremely nice for this place considering everyone else was in a costume, I felt completely unwelcome by her, as this was my first time visiting this bar/restaurant. I understand it was busy but there was no reason she had to have me step back where there was a line of people so i was directly in font of her. she could have simply taken my money as i stood next to her and said enjoy the party. Other than the rude unwelcoming staff at the door i enjoyed this place. My mom and her boyfriend have come here a few times for drinks as she told me and i was introduced to one of the male bartenders at the outside bar who was extremely polite, his name might have started with a J. The place is very large inside and by very large i mean HUGEEEEEEEE!!! I have never been inside a bar this large, there is a stage, party lights, games for kids, a huge indoor bar, giant light up outside bar and patio, along with an upstairs that i never got around to exploring. I’m not sure i will be back or not but most likely not, it was a good place for this event because of the space but i cant imagine it being that busy on a regular basis.

I had a great time tonight painting in the cove with my fiancé. I actually prefer this more than paradise island that used to be here. When you walk in everything’s pretty much the same except now they have an awesome bar on the outside in giving this a three because the bartender was sort of a dick he literally said what do you want twice both time when I came back and he did this with out a smile it’s not like he was slammed so i don’t know what his deal is but I really did have fun doing this date night thing with Ashley plus I got to drink and paint two things I’m already sloppy at apart so put them together and good things happen. Bathrooms were clean and the place is huge. Haven’t tried their food yet so will definitely be back to do that.

I’ve gotten better service at a truck stop, haven’t even ate yet and I’m ready to leave. Place is empty and our waitress is more occupied with yelling at some guy outside. Not the place to come to eat but maybe drink.

We were planning to have our large banquet for our club, a celebration for over 100 members. But, they screwed us over last minute, a week before the actual event, telling us we can’t host it due to them being lazy and them not wanting to handle the event. They didn’t even tell us about the situation until we called to make sure the event was going to go smoothly. They were extremely unprofessional and we’ll never try to business with them again!

One of the worst Places I’ve ever eaten at, We had to wait 15 minutes just to get our drinks, They had a special half priced martini’s so I went for it and it was a good martini. The only other thing that I enjoyed was the Appetizer: Seafood Bruschetta(homemade bread topped with a Garlic Butter Sauce, piled on high with a good amount of lobster, Shrimp, Crab, Basil, Roma Tomatoes, and Finished with Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan). For our Entrees: my Grandma got the Charbroiled chicken Sandwich(she said it was good), my Uncle got the Seafood Pomodoro(Seafood was okay and pasta was a bit overcooked), and for my Entrée I got one of their Steam Pots, consisting of Lobster(Tails and Claws), 6 Clams, 6 Mussels, ½ pound of Shrimp, Baby Red Potatoes and a bit of Andouille Sausage. It was all Dull and boring to look at, nothing intrigued me to just dive right in. It was extremely Bland food and some of it was overcooked(what a waste of $ 30 Dollars). Probably won’t be coming back here ever again, I suggest you stay away from here !!!

The only part of this place that is adding a star is their outdoor bar. Fantastic place to hang out on a nice summer night. Other than that there isnt anything special. Drinks are crazy overpriced naturally being run by Page’s. Food is terrible and it seems like its just a glorified Arcade. Many better choices in the area.

Clams casino consists of a plate of steamed clams that the chef piled breadcrumbs on and then baked. It was the worst plate of clams casino that I ever had. Service was perfect and the server was new. The rest of the dinner was OK. Great atmosphere though.

Oh the Tiki gal in me is very happy! Bamboo everywhere! If you want to get away from the Buffalo winter blues, go to The Cove and you’ll feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. The food was good, not amazing, but good. The drinks are standard, not necessarily full blown Tiki cocktail, but the Rum Punch gets two thumbs up. The staff is friendly and the glow-in-the-dark Tiki mini golf is pure cheestastic awesomeness. We’ll be back, oh yes!

We just had our staff’s Christmas party at The Cove and had an amazing time! Initially, we were thrilled that they had live music on Fridays and Saturdays but after a few emails back and both regarding the food/drinks/set-up I was confident that this place had it «together». We were set-up upstairs in the banquet hall. The tables were festive and the space felt intimate even though it was a large room. The music was great and the food was cooked just right. There was over 30 of us and there was no complaint! Above anything else, the service was remarkable. They two servers he had were courteous and professional. Even when we went downstairs to play in the arcade/listen to the band, the staff watched our belonging and made sure no one outside of our party went upstairs. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to have our holiday party. We will definitely book with them again in the future.

I’m not sure if this place is new, but I’m surprised there are no reviews here yet. My cousin had his wedding here recently(and apparently they were the first wedding this place has hosted!) The wedding was held in a side/back banquet hall which my other cousin said used to be an indoor swimming pool. The place looked very nice, though the lighting was dim — so you never know. The food was delicious! The appetizers that we had were great! Coconut shrimp, bacon wrapped scallops, fruits and veggies, chicken-wings. YUM. The dinner selection was excellent as well. My husband and I had the stuffed chicken breast, and my sister had the fish w/crabmeat. I sampled and it was also very good. Others had prime rib, and reported that it was good as well. There was plenty of room for about 100 people. The dance floor was big. The bar had a good selection. The waterfall is pretty, but it is a bit noisy. Bathrooms were clean and elegant looking. Aside from the banquet hall, I didn’t get a good look at the rest of the place. There is a large bar out front, and apparently indoor glow-in-the-dark mini golf. we had to leave early so we couldn’t experience it. I thought it was a great place to have a wedding reception, and it’s worth looking into!
