Worst service ever. I have owned my home 24 years and never experienced this bad of service for anything. Went here for years and they were great. Apparently changed ownership a couple of years ago. Replacing my pool liner should have been a 5 hour job. Turned into a 10 day nightmare. Didn’t even have a power screw driver. Didn’t show up some days and didn’t call. Owner had to finish the job. Incompetence. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Not happy with the service I received yesterday. I was in the deptford area and needed one chemical for my pool, so instead of where I SHOULD have gone I went to Discount Pool Supplies. First there were teenagers working in there, giving pool advice. My first inclination to walk the hell out! But no, I knew what I needed and asked where it was. A kid tells me «are you ready to take down your pool» I was shocked to have someone be so ballsy. I bought the product the kid recommended because I admit I was in shock that this was happening. And it’s the wrong stuff. So now I am out of 18 bucks. and still can’t get the kids into the pool… by the way this place is super overpriced. I will never stray from Anchor Pools again!

At first we were unhappy when they put in our pool liner a few years back because they missed a lot of rocks and put the liner on top of them. We had to drain the pool fully again at the end of the season. I was quite upset and my wife was as well. After playing phone tag for about three weeks, they did make good on what they said they would do. The only reason I am giving them 4 starts instead of five is that they missed the initial rocks on the first installation, but they did come back and take care of it. They even tossed in a pool cover to cover the cost of the water when I refilled it. Overall my experience was pretty good. I will call them again next time and I do go back in for parts and supplies.
