Well, its Walmart. not the best, nor the worst. Some good deals, wish more employees were friendly. I have encountered a few friendly people here in this location. That really surprises me when I do.

I have never encountered a customer service rep that was so rude and lazy! She actually said «I don’t have time for this crap today». Also, the store is filthy.

Worst walmart ever! having worked at Walmart this is hands down the worst to shop in. The only positive are the hours and prime location. It’s too small cramped aisles and always seems disheveled. Their lines are always the longest and rarely have more than 2 – 3 open. it’s never a quick stop. their soft lines needs huge help. it’s always a mess! never stocked either. save time and hit target much cleaner, friendlier, and well staffed

No complaints, as I came in here fairly late at night, and had a simple mission to get one thing and get gone.
Customer service rep at the front was knowledgeable and engaged and showed me where the corkscrew I was looking for was, and I found it with just a bit of trouble. Have to agree with some of the other reviewers on things being stacked very closely and with some disorganisation on putting similar items together.
Main grief was that the cashier wasn’t enforcing the express checkout limits, but that’s minor and livable. Good enough stop if you’re just looking to get in & out.

So this is one of the older Walmarts in the area. The building wasn’t built for Walmart, it’s actually an old Caldor store. As a result, this store is FAR smaller than a typical Walmart (for example, the ones in Milford or West Haven).
As such, the store is physically just too small and tight. The aisles are barely 2 carts wide. Navigating the store, particularly with a cart, is a serious pain in the ass. The food section (and to be clear, this Walmart does not have a full grocery store) is noticeably smaller than at other non-​grocery store locations.

This Walmart has gone downhill since it first opened. The store is disorganized, and they never have what I am looking for. For example, I like to watch certain TV shows on DVD, and its collection is awful. Walmart never has seasons of the series I like (and these are the more popular series that you would find in most retail stores).
Within the past couple of years, they «remodeled» the store and supposedly «organized» the aisles differently, but it looks worse.
