Not a place I’d go for the ambiance, but the salvadorian food is excellent. I’m a big fan of the fried plantains and pupusas.

I love this place! It brings me back home to the familiar joints in California.
Every time I come I get the Chicharron y Queso (Pork & Cheese) Pupusas! Each is just $ 1.50 and I get 2. They’re cooked to order and just sooo deliciously fulfilling!
When served to you — its accompanied by containers of Salsa and Curtido — a type of pickled slaw which you pile on top of the Pupusa and then ladle some salsa on that as well!
I also order a glass of Horchata or Jamaica and their sweetcorn tamale.
It may all sound a little strange to first timers — but i think everything is worth a shot. I dont think you’ll be disappointed trying out this place.
Get an order of pupusas and try it out first. You may end up wanting a second!
