Ice cream machine is pretty much perpetually broken. I left feedback for corporate about 6 months ago — after probably a dozen trips to the drive-​thru, only to hear, «Sorry, the ice cream machine is broken.» The store responded and told me the machine was being overhauled and that the problem was taken care of. Last week, broken. Today, broken. If you’re feeling like a frozen treat to accompany your meal, you may as well dine at the QuikTrip across the street.

Sometimes your wife needs an Ice Cream Cone. Sometimes she says lets go through McDonald’s drive through. Sometimes she gets very excited. Sometimes she see’s the size of her cone and her excitement goes to disappointment!
She gives a sad face, complains for a second, and then scarfs it down!
I must admit this is my first McDonald’s experience in while, and I don’t have to many complaints, the drive through went fast, and it was cheap, but it was small and that’s the fall of my wife’s smile.

Kind of a dive. No ice in one drink dispenser and I ordered a salad but they were out of ranch and french dressing. It was Wednesday. 11:30 am. My daughter ordered a vanilla cone and the ice cream came out like water. They gave her a shake instead. Too many problems for such a short order.

I will not come back to this Mcdonald because they have dirty table, and they don’t have no ketchup. The assistance manager are very rude to the customer. Last Sunday, the cashier was rude to me, but the manager talk to that employee. The bathroom need to be clean very two hours, but they clean the end of there shift. It should be a limit on how long should customer stay in, and eat there meal for 30 minutes. I see these people stay more than an hour or more. They always screw up your order every time. Please don’t come this Mcdonald unless you want to be in hell. Thank You!

It is surprising to me the level of incompetence here. Every. single. time. I’ve been here my order was wrong. Even after having to repeat myself 4 times while ordering. It wanst even that complicated. Bacon Quarter lb. With cheese. No pickle. Large fry & Carmel frappé to drink. I seriously had to repeat It 4 times. At the window they gave me a coke. My meal. double cheeseburger & med fries. This happens so regularly that I refer to this place as McGrab-​bag because, doesn’t matter what you order it’s not what you get.

Do not come to this mcdonalds, unless you are on a personal quest to find the most intellectually challenged individuals on the planet. It’s not that the service was so bad, it’s that the level of confusion that the employees had while I was placing my order, was impressive. Will not be coming here again.

I only usually come here super early in the morning before I’m about to board the Megabus. This McDonald’s drive through is open 24 hours a day. SCORE! Service the morning I went was fast and friendly. They made my coffee the way I like it too (basically a cup of sugar with a side of coffee). Delicious!
