Pints Pub N Patio

Kinda a weird vibe late at night, I have walked past many a times with people arguing out in front! But during the day they have grand happy hour deals and it’s a lovely spot on the patio for a Bloody Mary, or mimosa during the famers market! This location has changed ownership and establiments many times over the past 10 years, but Pints N Patio looks like it’s in it for the long haul!
They re-​did the inside and it looks nice. Sometimes the music is loud, but hey sometimes loud music is good right, I mean when I listen to the Rolling Stones I don’t want it to be background music… am I right! Grab a pint and get HAPPY!!!

What a horrible place… Only caters to tourists who don’t know better. Don’t go there… an embarrassment to downtown Des Moines!

Never go to this bar, but walk by it all the time. Tried to stop into Pints during the Drake Relays and was totally denied at the door by the bouncer. The one who checked my ID stopped me, asked his friend to look to see if I could come in, and it was agreed, nope! Other people were walking in, no problems…
Save your money and go down the street to any of the other bars that don’t discriminate.
