Pyros Fired Pizza bring the heat! I have seen these guys at 515 Brewery as well as other places around town!
I really love that you can have them cater your next party. How cool would that be to have a food truck at your wedding or get together!
So Cool!
Brad the owner was super easy to work with, when we have them at a party. And he truly takes care of everything. And wow the ingredients are great and the combos and selections are unique! At a great price to boot!
I look forward to them expanding to have a vegan option on the menu, but they will work with your dietary needs!

Finally Pyro’s pizza is on Unilocal!!!
They have the best pizza in town. They have the well cooked pizzas. They care about their customers. I actually track them to know the location and for their pizza. The best part is they make such an awesome pizza on the TRUCK.
I have tried their chicken pizzas & their chicken spinach Alfredo pizza is the best. The pizza sauce is nice & creamy. Chicken pieces are atleast 2 big pieces per slice. A nice filling pizza.

I tried this food truck at 515 Brewery during a Unilocal Elite event. I was very, very surprised at how good it was! The crust… ooh the crust. Perfection. Thin and chewy. but not too chewy! They had really unique toppings, one being bacon and blue cheese. My favorite was the spicy sausage with fennel. It was LOADED with flavor and a little kick — which is what drew me to it. I look forward to trying more! The owners were super friendly, informative, and just down to earth. Just a couple of guys who love pizza (which is very evident!).

I tried out Pyro’s at 515 Brewery. They had interesting flavor and ingredient combos which are different enough to be interesting (and delicious), but not weird! I tried the chicken, spinach and Alfredo sauce which was a tasty and fresh combo. They also had a great pepperoni, sausage and pepperoni with a bit of spice to it — great flavor! Look for their food truck around the city — you won’t be disappointed!

We first tried Pyro’s at an event down at the Science Center of Iowa this fall for a celebration they were having there and then again last night at the 515 event.
Just like the first time, they were amazing again last night. Their pizzas are amazing! We tried 2 of their amazing pies, the Porker and the St. Louis. Wow! What flavors!
Not only is the food worth the drive to wherever they are but the people working the truck are great as well!
Can’t recommend them enough and we’ll definitely be eating more of their pizza in the very near future!
