Love Gastro Grub! Been here several times, and have never been disappointed!
The first time I came I ordered the bacon and jam burger, and my husband ordered the chicken tender sandwich. We also ordered the truffle fries and the Brussel sprouts– all was absolutely amazing and not typical food truck food!
The second time both me and my husband ordered the short rib grilled cheese. Absolutely amazing!
All the food is fresh to order, so there is a little bit of a wait, but I promise you– it’s completely worth it!

Very very tasty! They had their opening night at Confluence and I couldn’t wait to try this new truck. I ordered the Fried Chicken and Mashed Potatoes in a waffle cone tipped with Country Gravy, with regular fries and srircacha aioli When I got my food, it smelled amazing and I didn’t really know what to expect but I was happy with results. The Chicken was crispy, delicious, Mashed potatoes were very good and the fries with the sriracha alioli was good, just perfect amount of spice. The only thing I didn’t end up eating all of was the waffle cone, I expected it to be crispy and it wasn’t. But my overall experience was «Yes yes yes, can’t wait to go back and try what else they have.» I highly recommend you give these guys a try and I totally have my eye on the Short Rib grilled cheese for what I am trying next!
