Unprofessional. Rude. Came to this store with my own phone, trying to get a new contract with Sprint. Ronnie, the Sprint salesman/representative, pestered me from the first moment trying to sell me something more than I need. I mentioned from our first minute that I have my own unlocked phone and was just trying to get a new plan with Sprint. The first thing he asks me «I can buy your phone for cash or credit». He then continued trying to push a new phone in my face, trying to make me buy a new phone in the store, which I politely and patiently told me «no thanks, I’ll use my own». I could see him getting frustrated and impatient that his tactic to sell me something didn’t work even though I kept reminding him that I am only here to find information about how to get on the Sprint network, using my old phone. After about half an hour of going back and fourth, he finally gave up and told me to «go to another store» because he couldn’t help me now. Are you kidding me? He also seemed to have a lack of knowledge with the Spring network as he did not know many of the plans, costs that were plainly written on the Sprint network. It was most definitely an unpleasant experience and would never venture into this store again.
