Even though it is in a gas station, this is the best Taco Bell in the des moines area. The management is great, most staff is great as well. There are a couple that work there that I don’t like but no worse than similar places. Due to the work area being small it kinda grosses me out that they prepare nacho chips and deserts near the cash register where there is customer exposure. Over all the place is clean and the staff cares about quality work. Also annoys me that the prices are higher than phoenix and california and likely the rest of country but it is still a good value. I think each location sets pricing since I saw the prices were over double at the Dallas airport Taco Bell where all food is overpriced.
