I’ve been to this company before in Chicago, I’ll have to say this place is the friendliest, but again I don’t like the strip down in front of them, the table with paper, and the peel off wax is not my thing.

Came in for a Brazilian wax today and had a very good experience. Booked a package for the next few times I go. My wax was very quick and fairly painless. I have not waxed in a while so I definitely flinched a few times but the overall experience was good. I do wish she had instructed me more on when to breath or how I could help pull skin taut– we did not really chat at all. Gave 4 stars for two main reasons… 1) For a Brazilian, I thought there were one or two little spots that were missed and 2) I wish the tables had towels or linens not the paper (doctors office) covering. I feel the paper isn’t quite as nice and comfortable for the client when laying down. For this type of facility I believe a towel or linen makes for a more comfy, cooler experience.

Went in today for my first Brazilian wax ever. I was nervous about it but honestly it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Kim made it very tolerable and we talked throughout the whole process. I will definitely go back.

Went for my first time Brazilian. The staff were all friendly and answered my questions. Gaby was who was amazing, professional and easy to talk to and helpful. The whole experience was smooth, quick and relatively painless. The pain was truly just like ripping a band aid off. I am recommending European Wax Center to anyone looking for a wax. I will be returning to them next month. I am hoping they treat returning guests with the same quality service as a new client.

Kim is a wonderful waxer and in general, a great person. She is so good at keeping the pain minimal with her technique. I made the move to this location from a previous spot bc of her. The wax used is so much better than strip!

I just left here. They were sooooo GOOD. I got a Brazilian wax and it was my first time. I had Gaby do mine and she was quick and to the point. She also answered all of my questions and made it as painless as she could. The hard wax they use here makes it to where it doesn’t hurt as much. I didn’t scream and barely flinched. Not painful like what I expected at all. I would highly recommend this place, they are clean and quick. I’m definitely going back!

Horrible experience. I’ve been here a few times before and everything was fine. Went in today and asked my wax consultant to clean up my eyebrows — specifically said not to change the shape. After waxing, I looked in the mirror and my eyebrows were a completely different shape and horribly thin. I basically have no eyebrows left after today. Would not recommend going here, and I will definitely be finding a new place to have my eyebrows done (if they ever grow back).
