I hate the service here just sure what I wish that this place can either retrain there’s a story there just shut down

Check it out this place is brand new after being totally remodeled. It’s bright and clean and the food quality was great also. They forgot something I had ordered but was not charged and when mentioned comped it.

Crappy place. I sent my son here with some friends while I was getting a car wash and decided to shop nearby. As soon as I see my son he is raging and his face is red. A woman who worked there gave him a cup for water and there was no regular water on the machine. Just flavored. My son got flavored water and yet she told him «it’s a soda not water u lied to me so I’m gonna charge u 2.65» yet the other woman charged him 1.25. Do you not know simple prices? And why charge for flavored water when you don’t have regular water in the first place. Shame on a low life low class poor excuse of a disgusting woman deciding to charge a kid for water. I’ve been here a couple times and the tables are always full of stains. It looks disgusting. And I regularly see workers always fighting. Never coming here again

I have to agree with g a. Although I love me some BK (heck when I was pregnant with my now 8 month old, I’d make it a habit to drive thru BK 2 – 3 morning a week on the way to work for a Whopper. not this location though). Anyway, this location screws up your order EVERY time! I have gone here 4 – 5 times and without fail ended up with some CRAZY order

I don’t really care for BK but today I decided to go. I ordered their spicy BLT whopper which all it was is a whopper with bacon. I went threw the drive thru because I was on lunch. When I got up to the window to pay It took a while which had me wondering because I was the only one there in the drive thru. I was getting upset. When I finally received my food I do what everyone does and grab some fries and boy were they fresh. They made me wait just that little bit for fresh I am so glad they would do that. Most places send you on your way. This place gave me fresh.

Stopped in the Burger King at 10:35 p.m. They were not busy at all had to get them to clean the table this place was filthy I will not eat here again and I will follow up with a call to corporate in the morning.

Probably the slowest service in the world!!! I’ve been here a couple time and each time the wait was horrible. The order was wrong twice. Today my fries were only filled half way in the box. And my whopper didn’t have any mayo

My experience here is limited to the drive-​thru, but in almost every trip here I get friendly, courteous, and accurate service. There’s not much you can ask of a fast food joint, but those are three big ones.

Slow, nasty, and got my order wrong. There was no one else in the place, just me and maybe one car at the drive thru. The nuggets were hard as bricks and cold, the onion rings were cold and the burger was nothing like what I ordered. I came in about 20 min before the lobby closed, but the drive thru was going to be open for a few more hours, it’s not like they had already started cleaning up. Avoid.

never got my order the right way… sry…1 star only. i tryed them 5 times… never got it right. if employees need more training TRAIN them
