I love forever 21 and this store is huge but all of the sales associates are rude don’t know what they are doing. And I can’t even tell who works there ! The was a lady in the fitting room who made this little girl come out of her dressing room because she saw a tag on the floor searched her whole wardrobe just to see if she stole anything she was like 10 then she yelled out to everyone to make sure to pick up their hangers I felt like I was in school. Also didn’t even knock while I was changing and opened the door !

I saw a skirt that I liked here and it was not in my size. It was up on a mannequin and when I asked the sales lady to get it down, she said she had to ask a manager. She did and then told me they were not allowed to take the item off the mannequin. What kind of retail store does this? I’ve never had this happen before. Ridiculous

Solid choice for cheapo basics… but like all forever 21s, you’ll spend forever in here looking for what you want. Confusingly organized and hard to find help, but if you’re willing to put in the effort for clothing that is hyper trendy and in the moment(and pushes the boundaries of what’s appropriate once out of high school), this is your place. I got a New Year’s Eve outfit here(…on New Year’s Eve) and had no regrets!

Who doesn’t love Forever 21? However, their coats are way over-priced, to my opinion. I found a couple of pea coats at more than $ 70 price point for the fabrics that don’t seem to be worth that much. I might be picky, but the prices on their official website seem to be more reasonable when it comes to the coat/jacket category. Nevertheless, I find Forever 21 pretty consistent with sending coupons via e-mail if you’re on their mailing list. I do, personally, think the website has a better deal than the usual store promotions. I can’t precisely pin-point the difference between an outlet and a retail Forever 21 store. I don’t visit the store frequently enough to know much about their operations. I typically pop in every once in awhile when I have time. 90% of the time I will walk out the store empty-handed.

I have to say this is a nice store! I liked finding everything where you looked. A lot of space so you’re not all crammed in like the other F21 I have been to. They even have a kids section which my 7 year old managed to find some really cute outfits. The store itself was really neat and when I did need to find another size and couldn’t remember where I had gotten a skirt from I had 2 really nice employees help me out. The only annoying thing was when I checked out and used my credit card on my items it worked. When I went a minute later to pay for my nieces clothes it didn’t work. Even the clerk didn’t understand it. The credit card was fine, used it again just 10 minutes later at another store so probably something w the computer. We will return to this store again.

This is not a good store to shopp. The music is too loud and the fitting rooms are really dirty. Looks that they clean the rooms just once a week. No go!

There HR, management sucks… discrimination. they need to re evaluate who they hire and who is running the store properly… wont be going there…
