Giovani was so nice in helping me with setting up my phone service.
I went with Cricket first but when MetroPCS came to Chicago I immediately jumped on it.
And a shout out to Ruvy (the manager) who was so patient with Giovani on the phone.
I had a rather complicated and confusing situation leaving Cricket and joining MetroPCS with a used but really nice (MetroPCS) phone from my brother in Cali. He sent it to me so I wouldn’t have to buy a new one.
