Starbucks

Where is the customer service? No one greeted me and it took them 3 mins to even take my order, there was no one in front of me. Took a while longer to get my drink. I get that it’s Monday but they were slow like slugs!

Love this place except why the hell does it close at 8 pm stupid…,., please stay open later especially in summer

I’ve gone several times, and usually order the same thing. Well today being like no other, I order mine and my husbands regular drinks. When I got to the window this Mariana chick gave me the wrong drink, I told her I wanted a Starbucks double shot on ice, she insisted I only said double shot on ice and continued to argue with me, laugh and roll her eyes. She eventually said shes going to have to charge me twice since I clearly dont know what I want. I told her no because the last time I was here she said shed refund me and then charge me for the new drink. Instead she charged me 3 times for the same drink and I never got my money back for the two charges that are on my bank account. She was beyond rude and obviously has no idea what customer service is about. I’m calling everyone possible because this isnt right.

Service here over the last couple months just seems to be getting so bad. They can’t follow simple instructions to make a drink correctly and for a $ 7+ Frappuccino ya think they’d be able to handle an add shot on top… or chocolate drizzle the & cup not the whip cream. Not like I’m asking for a crazy order or anything unusual

So I went to Starbucks and as usual I got a caramel frappé and when I went up there it wasn’t a caramel frappé she thought I ordered a vanilla bean so I said man I didn’t order a vanilla bean I ordered a caramel frappé with a shot of vanilla I said it’s okay can you just give me the caramel frappé with a shot of vanilla she said yes and another lady came and getting my drink but she didn’t even give it to me she threw it on the counter I guess she was having a bad day or something but I wanted to say I’m going to give him this 2 Stars

Once again, Lacey made me the best peppermint mocha Frappuccino! I order mine reg frapp (not light) with sugar free syrups. The guys here always make them light and they taste so weird! :/​The gal at the Register was really nice, she was older I’ve never seen her in here before (sorry, I didn’t catch her name I usually go thru the drive thru). I got some really cute gift cards for nieces & nephews for the holidays, they have a fun selection this year and lots of colorful designs. The kids will love them. They like to go to starbucks for hot chocolate or tea.

Love my Starbucks! I am a local here and When I’m on the go. As well as they make the coffee just how I like it!

I am already in morning over loosing my holiday turkey panini and its a day to day struggle to get to Starbucks wherever I am because for some reason the run out of these.
I’ve been guilty of buying an extra one for later.
The need for a strawberry acai refresher is there also.
All I can do is limit myself to one visit a day and hope I get my fix for that day .

I love this place! But yet it’s a little to small.

This place is long overdue for upgrade. During the day there’s often no place to sit, even outside.
The menu is very limited, about 60% of normal Starbucks.
It feels like this was established with less traffic in mind but actually it’s the only decent coffee place in whole DHS region. It needs to grow to proper, full Starbucks café!

I have been here a few times, one of the young guys that works there is always really nice and provides good service, but other times I have been here, some of the girls are impolite and just want to get rid of you quick and move on to the next customer. They really messed up an order; I ordered a green tea frappuccino and received a regular coffee but the label on the drink even said «green tea frappuccino», how do you mix that up?

I love that they opened a location here. Just wish they would stay open until midnight!!!

So I was here on business. This is pretty much the only chain anything in the city. It was t crowded but the baristas were a little slow. They were having some difficulty because one barista was making drinks for the drive thru and walk up guests. My drink was perfect though.

I used my Free Birthday drink here. Decided to make an expensive drink to make use of it.
Venti Caramel Frappuccino w/​Soy Milk and Double Espresso Shots, no whip — $ 7.15 — Sugar and caffeine! I feel the shakes again!

Im not a big coffee drinker but when I do decide to grab a cup I got To our local Starbucks. I always. Get greeted with a smile and my order is always right! The barista Taylor from here is amazing! She is a keeper. Unfortunately I don’t see her very often, she always seems to be off. Some one shouldvfix that schedule that gets the
Staff there to get it done! I hope to see Taylor soon! v

JACEY the hormonal pregnant barista should probably go on maternity leave. She was horrible to another customer waiting for their drink.

Well I have to laugh for Starbucks in Desert Hot Springs is the only place you can meet others in town. There is not one other place you can just sit down with others unless it is a bar or restaurant.
But in saying that the staff are great and we always go for they have the best coffee. Much better than Kofi in Palm Springs. So if you want to meet others in town, cool down for a drink, do some work our just get online this is the place to go.

Worst, slowest wifi I have ever experienced.

I love this location! It’s a couple miles off the freeway, but it’s tucked away in the corner of Kmart and Walgreens plaza.
The baristas here are so awesome, and it’s never overly crowded. They always get my drinks right :)
One time I left my gold card at home, and I was able to pay with the starbucks app. Amazing how convenient things have gotten. I can’t wait to redeem my next free drink!

This is one of the few Starbucks I have ever been to frequently and never had a drink made wrong. I’ve been coming here for years to enjoy a cup of coffee and check e-​mails while running my business … and always end up having an excellent conversation with locals and interesting people from out of town.
It’s always clean, friendly, and they always get my drinks right… it’s a great experience to hang out here each time.

I love the staff and the location. Unfortunately being DHS, many users and losers come into the store to use the free wi/​fi, the bathroom, free water, and not purchase any drinks or food. Some of them stay in the store for hours day after day, using the free wi/​fi. Thus the users of our sad society always looking for something for free.
LOSE THE LOSERS. The obama crowd looking for a free ride and something for free… are everywhere.
The staff unfortunately have to tolerate this behavior.
Get rid of the FREE wi/​fi and the Free Loaders will be gone…
This is one of my favorites Starbucks. Like family, store is very clean, always friendly, nice place to meet neighbors, other people just having coffee and talking.
If they charged for the wi/​fi, that would rid the store of all the riff/​raff.
Great store, everyone very friendly, even for DHS, this store is like being in the green zone inside Iraq. A break in the clouds. A GREAT STORE I thank them for their hard work, and trying to keep the store nice.
Too bad some of the losers from DHS take the class of the store to LOW CLASS.

Morning stop for caffeine. We went shopping at Vons equivalent to a Safeway back home for us. Anyhow, we ordered a couple drinks and got them promptly. Prices are similar to ours back home. Girl at register was trying to make conversation, but a little awkward. Guy at bar was nice and called out drinks with names. Regular day, but better now.

Coffee in the dirty d… Cream, no sugar, meth on the side.

Super clean. Friendly & knew what Breve was. Awkward drive thru –but the bathroom was like awesome! Lol. Serious-​good stuff
