McDonald’s

Even for McDonald’s this place leaves a lot to be desire. Floors are disgusting, tables aren’t cleaned regularly and management doesn’t answer complaint. Don’t know why they ask you to complete surveys, it never gets better.

This place is the poster child of what McDonald’s shouldn’t be: slow, bad depressing employee, dirty lobby, long xxx line in driveway…

It’s McDonald’s what do you expect? Lol. The drive thru always takes too long here, the ice cream machine is usually broken and the food is gross, but I didn’t feel like cooking so cheeseburger & chicken nuggets for the win! The Charlie brown toys in the happy meals are super cute though. Wish they had snoopy!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. What is the point of having to order windows if you always have to pull up to the second one 0. o then one time i waited to place my order i sat at the voice window for 5 minutes before they took order to be told there coffee machines were down!!! What?! I was trapped cars in front and 2 cars behind me!!! Upset i said could h not have put a sign so i could have drove off now i have to wait the manager told me employees are not allowed outside!!! Haha since when?! And really how hard would that have been? I sat in that line for 15 minutes :/​the other night i ordered 3 different meals paid got to the second window he gave me my bag and drinks and slammed the window shut??? Um my fries were missing, how do i get his attention when the window is closed i tried yelling but he did not hear me a few minutes later i finally grabbed his attention i said can I please have my fries my friends are missing he looks at me funny says oh I’ll be right back I apologize and comes back with one fry I said I missing to fries I ordered meals he goes no you didn’t I said yes I did he said well do you have your receipt I said yes I do he got his manager the manager came up and said ma’am you didn’t order any fries I said yes I did I order three different meals here is my receipt they take the receipt shut the window come back to me and say oh the other man didn’t ring you up for any french fries he ordered everything up separately so we’ll go ahead and give you the fries for no charge while I hope you didn’t go out your way!!!

Procedures are not met always time consuming just to order as well in receiving it

I broke my 25 year streak of not eating at a McDonalds because I hate waiting in lines even more. I should have waited in line.
So, after one of my late night volunteer gigs, I’m feeling a little famished. Plus I’ve been so busy lately, I figured my dogs would enjoy some fries to make up for my frequent absences. There are long lines at all the other drive-​thrus but not a single car at McDonalds.
I pull in the drive-​thru (a very sharp u-​turn coming from Palm) and there is a sign directing me to pull forward to the second station. I did. I ordered a Big Mac meal. The voice told me she’d have my total at the second window. This McDonalds is one of those places that look okay from afar, but as you get closer the age shows. Anyway, I pulled up to the second window. Dirt and grime. I was tempted to drive away but I didn’t. Then I sat there for 14 minutes! By the time I received my order there was quite a line behind me.
I was disappointed with the Big Mac. The meat looked, well, old. And dry. My dogs enjoyed the fries though, and the Diet Coke tasted like Diet Coke.

I think it’s ridiculous that you can’t substitute one thing for another if it is the same price or charge more if need be. Every other place I have ever eaten does it but not this mcdonalds. And now we have to sit here waiting for all the cars to go through the drive through just because they have to be so stubborn. Well, another disappointment

It was okay. The lady that took my order was nice. The fries were stale though.

service is horrible.

I am so NOT loving this McD. It’s quite possibly the most incompetent fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. You know the unfair stereotype of those who work @ fast food restaurants? That stereotype was created here.
Simple order. They got it completely wrong and charged us for random things. Then the female employees copped an attitude and started btching in Spanish. Then they gave us someone else’s order in addition to ours, completely mixed up and bagged with our order.
I don’t mean to state the obvious, but I don’t think they’re capable of getting much right.

Stopping in to get some wifi and something cold on a hot evening we had no complaints about the food. But wow the language coming from the staff behind the counter was ridiculous. The wifi didnt work and we didnt even want to approach the counter. 3 people were swearing loudly repeatedly using the F word and taliking about being buzzed. I found this really inappropriate in a place that children were in. I wrote tto corporate but they didnt care enough to respond. i would not return here.

I like this McDonald’s because it’s far from home and I’ve never been there. I don’t remember last time i went to a McDonald, but i know that time i had no other choice.

I’m not a huge fan of fast food, but this McDonald’s get’s a negative rating from me. Almost every time that I ate here as a kid, I had to shit my ass immediately afterwards. I mean, straight up diarrhea. I don’t know how they make their burgers. Damn… My ass still hurts.
