Honestly one of the worst medical professional I’ve ever encountered. I was recommended to this office after moving to the palm springs area. The wait time to get in was almost a month. No big deal. In that time I had 3 emergency room visits for some health issues that I was having. My first and only visit with this doctor was unreal. His front desk staff were very nice and professional and that’s where the positives ended. When the doctor came rolling into the office on his motorized scooter he began a 10 minute long vent about how I shouldn’t have went to the hospital that I went to because they only had foreign doctors and he hated foreigners. He proceeded to say that I didn’t actually need the MRI’s that I had and that the foreigners were only doing it to bill my insurance and make money. He would ask me questions and and then interrupt me before I had a chance to answer. He consistently asked me if I wanted pain medication that I didn’t want. He didn’t get off his scooter once during the entire time that I was in his office. It was the worst experience. I’m not sure how this man still has a professional license. I would recommend that you stay far away from this«doctor».

This doctor needs to retire. Took my mom there cause she was feeling dizzy and dr Struzzio did not check any other symptoms causing the dizziness, so instead he gives her pain medicine. He does not follow through.

By far, this is the worst experience I’ve had in a doctors office. The staff was friendly but seemed confused when I checked in for my appointment, like they were surprised to see me. I showed up to my appointment 30 minutes early to fill out paper work(like I was asked to) and wasn’t taken into the back until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The nurses did the standard height, weight, vitals check, in addition to a vision and hearing check, then I was moved into an exam room where I waited another half hour to see Doctor Struzzo. When he finally arrived and asked me about the reason for my visit, I received a lecture on why he didn’t believe in CAT Scans and that he only gives x-rays because its a waste of money and a way for the medical industry to over charge the insurance company, and I really should go to the library and check out the article he read in the Time Magazine from a few years ago… which is fine and dandy, but I never asked for a CAT Scan or an x-ray. And that was it. He eventually said he would be right back, rolled himself out of the room and never returned. A few minutes later a nurse came in, handed me a prescription and walked me out. Over all everyone was friendly enough, but Dr. Struzzo was a little odd, didn’t address my concerns, if he did, it was hidden somewhere in the CAT Scan lecture. One more thing, the office was in desperate need of a makeover. It was a bit dingy and dilapidated. In many places the borders of where the carpet meets the tile were missing and replaced with brown duct tape, there were burnt out light bulbs, and there were missing and broken floor tiles.
