I like that they offer salads and the pizza is decent but the wings are so horrible! When we order pizza we always get wings so we have to knock mr. Jims off our take out list

Cody, the so called Manager was beyond rude. I complained about how many times the phone rang and he got an attitude with me. Don’t go there with a paying customer! He should be fired. Horrible!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! This is the worst pizza place, I have ever encountered. I spoke with a guy named «Cody», who was the manager and he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. They messed up our order and the pizza was cold. I usually order Mr jims but after this experience, id rather have digornos. TERRIBLE!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGONY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I hadn’t ordered in awhile because of inconsistent customer service. Once the phone rang endless and I drove there and no one was picking up the phone. Only two there they said and refused to make sub sandwiches. Ok, so I ordered pizza and waited for it. This time I was too tired to cook and ordered March 5, 2012 and got the greasiest pizza ever and my stomach hurt all night. The pizza looked like grease was smeared with butter over the cheese and it looked old. I had to go on my first ever liver cleanse with lemon juice and olive oil and later apple cider vinegar. I had been going to pizza places like Sam’s in cedar hill that have low grease content and it is noticeable after this order.
