Slow no since of urgency waited 25min before i got a refund. Manager just gave me $ back no apology

They had no dirty rice, beans were gross, does anybody know how to cook in this joint? The chicken could have been cooked longer. Customer service had a bad attitude. Did no honoring to replace the food. I will not be coming back to this place.

Every Tuesday I come here the chicken is always fresh and done great employees too. On April 8, 2014 I went on my daily run and when I arrived to Popeye’s there was a line outside the door. I was impress that I got out ta there in about 2 min!
